Do not expect a refund…SCAM

I wish I looked at the many many negative reviews about this company. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now to cancel my booking that is due in 3 weeks.

I’ve contacted them using the email reservation they provided, WhatsApp and Facebook to no avail. They state you can cancel 1 day before the reservation but good luck trying to do this as they do not reply. I feel bad for the people who have to contact them urgently about a booking.

Do not try to save yourself a few euros by using this company, pay extra and use a well known transfer company. I will be issuing a bank charge back soon to retrieve my money.

Had a perfect experience with this…

Had a perfect experience with this transfer company. Was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but had no need to be as they were on time for both transfers and drivers were friendly and helpful. Provided car seats if needed. Communication from drivers on WhatsApp was great. Thank you for making our trip stress free!

PLEASE AVOID

This was the worst travel experience I've ever had.
I booked a transfer with Ozeroute from Beauvais Airport to KI Space Hotel. As required by their terms and conditions, I notified them in advance that my flight was delayed and requested that the driver wait. Despite this, when I arrived at the airport at 11:15 PM, no driver was there to meet me.
I was left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar location with two young children under the age of 5. I repeatedly called both the driver and the office but received no response. I was distressed and stuck 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the hotel, with no local currency or help.
The following day, I emailed Ozeroute. They initially asked for proof of the notification email, which I provided — including a screenshot and forwarded copy. They then claimed they couldn’t locate the email and ultimately refused to issue a refund. Also, claiming my email was fraudulent.
In total, I lost £120 on the original transfer and had to pay an additional €180 for a last-minute taxi. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Do not use this company. They do not honour their own terms, offer no support in emergencies, and take no accountability.

Your repeated justification and attitude via email have been unprofessional and unhelpful. Claiming that you offered a discount of around 10%, while I ultimately paid £240 to your company, is a poor example of customer service. Furthermore, calling a paying customer a liar confirms what many others have reported: this is an unreliable company that will leave two children under the age of five stranded in an unfamiliar area without taking due diligence—yet will gladly take the money.

Our technical team has confirmed what we previously stated: no e-mail from you was received on our mail server at the time you mentioned. This is not due to a human oversight, but rather a technical issue with the transfer of the e-mail you sent, as well as with the screenshot you provided.

As explained, the shuttle did depart on time from Beauvais Airport. You attempted to contact the driver while he was already en route to Disneyland Paris with the other passengers. Our shuttle service is an economical service (to which a commercial discount had been applied for you), but its organization is strict — as you may have noticed during your return journey.

Our internal communication system is rigorous, and we do everything possible to comply with our terms and conditions.

We sincerely regret not having been able to assist you for your outbound trip, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances.

I found Oze Route online while planning…

I found Oze Route online while planning my trip to Paris and decided to book a transfer from BVA airport to Disneyland Paris with them. It was such a great surprise! The driver was incredibly polite and punctual, and the car was in perfect condition. As my family was arriving the next day, I contacted them again to check if they could provide a private transfer for a group of five, and they did! Communication was excellent, they provided child seats as requested, and everything went smoothly. We ended up using their services several times during our trip: from Disneyland Paris to the city center, and later from the city center back to BVA airport. We were a group of 8, and the cost made total sense, almost the same as paying for public transport for each person, but with way more comfort and convenience. They were always at the pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Even when I made a mistake with one of the bookings, they were super helpful and flexible, adjusting it even after payment.

Highly recommended: reliable, kind, professional and fairly priced. I’ll definitely book with them again!

I strongly recommend avoiding Ozeroute shuttles in Paris, France! Oze shuttles left us stranded and we nearly missed our flight. We purchased tickets several hours ahead, and they sent us both a confirmation email and tickets, and charged our credit card - then when we later called because they were late, the claimed they had cancelled our tickets because of a so-called bug in their system. They didn't even send us a text or Whatsapp about the last minute cancellation. Their marketing says they can be used for same day bookings, but do not believe it. Rude and unreliable. Do not use the Ozeroute shuttle.

Remember phone numbers!

We had a slight issue with our booking due to not receiving communication about phone numbers required in booking. Cedric was great and although our booking was cancelled due to no phone number entered, he was able to get another bus for us to get to our destination. Great customer service. Please make sure your phone number is in your booking as they will cancel if not and you may not have someone as great as Cedric to help you!

The travel itself was perfect. You are lacKing in advertising for the shuttle on line. When you google CDG-Beauvais, the shuttle does not appear. It is a pity because it is the only way really to do it .

SCAM

Ozeroute sent through BLANK driver details and phone number half an hour before the booked pick up. Driver then didn't show up (should have seen that coming) and we were left with no way to contact anybody for assistance.

absolute fraud, shame on you to do this on the Disneyland route where people travel with little children

i will copy the below review because it is a 100% exact to the word situation that I have faced with my family in December 24.

"Driver did not show. We booked a shuttle from Paris CDG to our hotel (near Disneyland). The notification email 30mins before pick-up contained no information about our driver or their contact / vehicle details. We arrived to the pick-up location early. We waited for nearly an hour and no driver showed up. We had no other option but to pay for another taxi. I have contacted all of the emails contained in the website seeking a rrefund. Ozeroute, please get in touch with me via Email as soon as possible"

I am convinced this is done on purpose, and in fact there are no bus schedules at least for this route. They are likely combining several bookings into one and then sending one driver to pickup multiple booking across several hours spread. SHAME ON YOU. Horrible service, zero responsiveness, absolute ignorance to all my messages through all channels I have tried reaching them through (email, sms, whatsapp). They do this on purpose, because when the driver called me after ignoring my messages to him, his immediate reaction without even asking any questions or commenting on anything was "alright another no show" he of course also ingored my response to him (Which i duplicated in writing) that it is for a fact not a no show because i contacted the firm through 2 channels at least 60 mins before the delay and informed them about the situation and me being forced to take a taxi because i would not stand in the rain with my 3 year old in december in beauvais.

Worst drive of my life...

Worst drive of my life...

The driver turned up to the wrong place so we left about 15 minutes late.

We booked a car seat which was not fitted on arrival so we were left to quickly fit whilst in transit.

The driving was so erratic the driver had to slam his brakes on as he nearly crashed into another car.

My daughter was travel sick from the erratic driving. I asked him to stop multiple times and he didn't as there were other passengers presumably late for their flight.

Once we got to the airport he was getting other passenger into the car when there was still vomit on the floor.
