I gave them 1 star only because I could not give them ZERO stars. Broken rocker parts on 2 rockers and they will NOT honor the 20 year warranty. They won't answer my texts, emails or return my phone calls. I've reported them to the BBB, but I still have 2 broken rockers. Previously, they were Amish Made Poly and filed for bankruptcy. They changed their name and reopened under Ozark Poly. SAME CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
