Great site, service and product

It was easy to find the filter I needed for my air-conditioner. Also liked that it came with the necessary tool to do the fitting which helped alot. This is my second purchase and I'm very happy with the product and how quickly it was shipped.

Good filter, excellent service

I purchased a filter which was easy to replace by myself. It's worth calling out that Hayley emailed me, asking if I made a mistake to choose pick up instead of delivery. That was indeed a mistake and Hayley's email saved me much time/effort. Really appreciate it.

Your customer Service was exceptional

Your customer Service was exceptional. I had your team contact me within 5 minutes of ordering to arrange delivery and the installers contacted me the next working day and came to install within a week. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended.

Easy and reliable service

I purchased a Daikin air conditioner. The online browsing and purchasing was easy to navigate, products were competitively priced and delivered to my door on time. Excellent all round experience.

Great Job

They did a great job installing my split system air conditioner. The guys were prompt, friendly and professional. We agreed on a fixed price. The job took a lot less time to complete than I expected, which meant I probably paid above the market’s standard hourly rate but that’s on me. Live and learn, I guess. I would recommend and use Oz Air Online again.

Ozaironline had options for floor split systems

Ozaironline had options for split systems installed on the floor - chosen for minimal change from mums 55YO aircon that had finally broken down! Delivery was efficient - given I was not at Mums, more comms before the unit was within minutes of being delivered by wholesaler would have been appreciated. The daikin system is almost silent and v effective
