Many people expressed significant dissatisfaction with the service, citing constant line failures, unreliable trains and buses, and frequent delays that caused immense stress and disrupted commutes. Terrible service

Pre-paid for a ticket but the machine wouldn't print it & there was no staff to ask for assistance, so had to tap on and off with my debit card, I applied for a refund as I had double paid for my journey but wasn't refunded.

Lindon should have 24/7 transport…

London should have had transport working at least during FIFA World Cup all night so people can watch games on big screens after festivals as it happened yesterday in Walton-on-Thames....But those who use transport had no luxury to stay watching and later be stranded and impossible to get back home. Khan very cleverly allowed pubs to stay open until 5am and left out TFL to follow same suit ( laughable!)...UK end London specially defo getting so downhill in every aspect....sooo annoying...bad enough with all tfl staff pay demands , unefficient running, delays, countless problems of the system, but still expensive for customers...

We need working air-con on public transport!!

1) No air-con on TFL trains and buses in 21st century.
Why air-con is never working on the new buses?? It is boiling hot on every bus and train. It makes me and many others sick and dizzy.

2) I once was harrased by a bailiffs sent by TFL because of a penalty charge. We never owned a car! Never received a letter to a home address. I spent so much time to close this case. I should open a case against them because it was stressful and it cost money.

Jamie Was So Helpful

I accidentally tapped my ticket QR Code on the Oyster card part and was charged for a journey I had already paid for on contactless. In fact it was more. I called TFL first thing this morning. Jamie was really polite & helpful. He arranged my refund straight away. It was so nice to get excellent customer service. Thank you Jamie!

First time using wheelchair disabled access

First time using wheelchair disabled access from Chadwell Heath to Farringdon return and the journey couldn’t have been smoother both ways. The staff assistance was spot on (I didn’t get names) but we got on a train at around 12:40 at Chadwell Heath and then around 16:40 coming back from Farringdon. Each member of staff was polite, smiley (despite it being so hot), helpful and supportive. Thank you so much

Excellent service from staff at West Finchley

Excellent service from staff at West Finchley and also High Barnet. Late evening a couple of days ago, my sister left her bag on the tube when we got out at West Finchley. She reported it to the member of staff at the window at West Finchley and he went above and beyond to help her retrieve it. He telephoned to the intervening stations to see if it had been handed in, then to the terminal station, High Barnet, asking the station master (? I think) to go through the train to see if it was still there (which he kindly did).

A short while later, High Barnet reported it found. The friendly, helpful member of staff at West Finchley then kindly explained how contact and find the relevant person at HB. We then travelled there as advised and the member of staff at High Barnet promptly restored it to us when we arrived. We were very grateful for the excellent service provided. Thank you.

Horrible horrible horrible service

Horrible horrible horrible service. When the temp is more than 30 you HAVE TO operate only with the Aircon. This is not luxury, is your least safety measure for your drivers and public health and safety. Both 9 and 2 no Aircon at 16:30 , and you have to sit on these dreadful fur seats. I still can't recover from this and I am diabetic. What do we pay for?

One of the most expensive transports in…

One of the most expensive transports in the world, and you still travel like in a third world country. Red signals, delays, moody drivers that didn't make it to work or have a personality crisis, dirt, drunks, vomit and whatever bodily liquids you can think of. People ( savages) putting their feet up the chairs, disrespecting others, buses without heating in the winter or, GET THIS- with the aircon on during freezing cold and no cooling system in the summer. It's like riding in a box. Delays after delays, slow as a snail. And the list goes on and on ... You're better off just walking. Save yourself the embarrassment and the money

Ridiculous fine charges

Ridiculous fine for missing the £4 fee at the Blackwall Tunnel. £90 rising to £270 shows that London Transport and the London Mayor are completely out of touch with reality. Perhaps their refunds for inconvenience to all of us, including lost time, should be calculated using their fine percentages!!

TFL is a joke...

I would give 0 stars but there is no option to do that. TFL is a joke. Constant delays, track faults (that they can't fix for long time), strikes (it's time to replace them with AI) and it's expensive to use (I now understand why people are just going through gates without paying). Overall probably the worst public transport in Europe...

This a state run SCAM!!!!!

The London congestion charge is one big State Scam!!!!
The London congestion charge system feels completely unfair. I paid the charge the day after travelling, yet I still received a letter demanding payment. When I called to explain that I had already paid, I was told that because I didn’t manually select the correct date of travel, I now have to pay the penalty — and the £18 I already paid cannot be refunded. It’s outrageous and feels like a system designed to catch people out rather than help them. The whole process needs serious reform.
