The worst customer service I have ever received in my 30 years lol.
Not even an acknowledgement of email. I bought their brazillian underwear last year and rebought it again this year. The quality is CHEAP, but the prices have risen!
Despite some of their stuff being ok for the fact they’ve ignored me on email/social/telephone I’ve blacklisted them.

I will never buy from them again. Bought a coat as a Christmas online. When it arrived it was too big and very poor quality, and needed to be returned. To my horror I realised there was no extended Christmas return and despite the company being closed over Christmas I was expected to return on 31st, barely a week later. we had all been away but I had to rush back to London to return this as on the phone they were completely unsympathetic and simply repeated that it has to be back by 31st. I didn't want to waste £200 so rushed up to Oxford street on NYE! Not much better in the shop; the assistants were nice enough but completely incompetent. I looked at the goods in the shop - POOR QUALITY

Bought my wife a jumpsuit from here, it showed up with a security tag. Simple mistake, not the end of the world. After an hour on their clunky chat interface, the only solution was for me to return the item and buy a new one, however, they already told me there are no more and they couldn’t send this one back to me without the security device. No offer of a discount, asked to speak to a manager and 30 minutes later was told there isn’t one. It wasn’t my fault that a security tag was left on the garment, but “Bryan” sure did make me feel like it was.

My package arrived yesterday, today on the first wear it pilled under the arm so bad! It's a pink-and-white knitted thermal top! I don't recommend it

Very disappointing customer service experience with a digital gift card.
I selected a delayed delivery option, but the gift card was sent earlier than expected. When I contacted customer support to resolve this, I was initially told my order did not exist, despite having a valid order confirmation. After further back-and-forth, I was told nothing could be done because the gift card had already been delivered.
There was no explanation as to why a delayed delivery option was offered but not honoured, and no attempt to acknowledge or resolve the issue. The communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and then when questioned, they just ignore your messages.
Don’t rely on this service for time-sensitive gifts.

Not at all. people will Never be able to reach someone and file official complaints. my strategy is randomness and absence". Online orders are just disappearing so is the money from my account. Not a single response about delivery times. WORST experience ever. It's all our fault... Start supporting local companies.

Terrible customer service. Simple delivery error totally mishandled. Could not explain anything. Just said contact your card provider if there is a payment problem. Will never use again.

Poor customer service. I placed an order two weeks ago, and I still haven't received it or heard anything about it. They've replaced customer service representatives with AI, so it's useless. There's no direct communication with customers, and once they've charged you, they don't care.

Very bad quality, temu has better. After 3 times wearing leggings looks like 2 year old, considering to throw them out but having my butt hurt as they cost a lot. Store looked fashionable, was expensive, stuff so so, quality vs price = the customer loses

I would give zero starts if possible! Horrendous customer service. Sent the wrong size to begin with then made me jump through hoops to get a return postage label, then took 2 weeks to refund me after the item was received, and only partially refunded me, so wasted more of my time chasing for a full refund. Then their customer service ended our chat abruptly without processing the full refund. Overall terrible experience and will NEVER use again!

My request has not been delivered for three weeks now, and I have not accepted any specific information. For the entire time, the status of frosts is not stated, the reasons are not named, the terms are not voiced. The supporter spent the whole day with stereotyped notifications, and then announced that the order was “blocked for unreasonable reasons.” No one knows how long to work and how much more to check.
Through inactivity in the store, I spent a lot of time and nerves and now I’m tired of trying to get my money through the bank and start a dispute on my own.
As a result, I was left without goods, without pennies and without any real support.
After this revelation, I categorically do not recommend the store.

Sent a faulty item, could not exchange in-store so had to pay the higher price for the same item (as it was part of a set) and told to take it up with CS. Spoke to CS and told to trek back into London to return trousers again and re-buy again online to get the price honoured - ridiculous!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Oysho.
I placed an order two weeks ago, but my package never arrived. After waiting so long, I had to cancel it and request a refund. Then, when I tried to order again, I had problems with the payment process.
I also tried to contact customer service, but it was very difficult to reach anyone and I didn’t get any real help.
This situation has been very frustrating and disappointing.
I really hope Oysho improves their delivery process and customer service, because this experience made me lose trust in the brand.
