I've been waiting over a year for a…

I've been waiting over a year for a dress. No intelligent responses from customer service.. I ended up just giving up and swearing to warn people of this company. Looking at the reviews, it seems I'm not alone. I'm still not sure what actual date I ordered this item.... RUN... DON"T TRY ....

Ordered 2 items and contacted them…

Ordered 2 items and contacted them immediately via their website to cancel as I realized they would not arrive in time for my event I needed them for. I have sent 3 messages to them and have gotten zero response. I am very concerned after reading these other reviews I may not even get the 2 items and if by some miracle I do receive them they will be poor quality like some of the complaints on here say everything is. I chose to order from this site because the quality seemed better than others and the prices were more and was duped into thinking I would have better luck.

Great service

I ordered a dress that was lost in transit because of the address I provided was wrong. I reached out to customer service and gave them the updated address. They reshipped the item and wrote me an email saying my order was on its way. I received it and for that I'm grateful for the excellent service.

How is this company still trading in…

How is this company still trading in the uk ????? Fake images of clothing what you receive is thin fancy dress costumes joke like ! And then you can’t return or get a refund ! Please stay away from this company until it’s shut down!
I keep getting text messages from them and when you reply STOP it says message failed to send! If that doesn’t tell you this company is fake then I don’t know what is! They don’t stop annoying me!

I ordered a $137.00 outfit on Dec 13

I ordered a $137.00 outfit on Dec 13, 2025, I have never received my purchase, I contacted them several times, the last time I contacted them they said they don't see where I made the purchase, they took the money from my bank account for that purchase. I saw there was a shipping order at one time that stated the item is no longer available. You order from them you will get ripped off. I am turning this over to my bank as fraud, they refuse to return my money.

Still no refund 3 months later!!

Update - following my complaint I’ve now received a full refund. Thank you for bringing this to a resolution.

I purchased several items from this website back in Oct 2025. On receipt the material was very stretchy & therefore not as excepted in terms of fit & style.
I returned the items within the timescales, gave proof of postage & the tracking number at my own expense. Despite numberous emails & chasers, it’s over 3 months later & I have still NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! It’s unacceptable service, I would strongly recommend not using this website 😢

This company went above and beyond love this company what…

This company went above and beyond what I expected. I ordered the wrong size and they made it right. They immediately sent me a new coat .

The coat is great! It’s a classy leather with faux fur collar.

Very expensive looking. But the price is right!

Oyrosy Customer Service Review

I ordered the Retro Fashion Sporty Gray Knitted Feather Cuffs High-Neck Top and Slim Fit Flared Pants Suit in a size I thought would fit, going by their size chart. I received it and the pants were too large. I contacted Oyrosy to exchange the outfit for a smaller one. They responded quickly, They told me to keep the one I had and shipped me the smaller size 24 hours later. Their customer service was very easy to deal with. I will order with them again.

I made a purchase for Cowboy Carter…

I made a purchase for Cowboy Carter Houston night 2. I paid for two day shipping my item arrived AFTER the Beyoncé concert. I traveled to Texas from Baltimore so I had to purchase other things to wear since my outfit didn’t arrive as scheduled. When I returned from Houston my outfit was waiting for me. Which was useless at this point. Upon opening my package this item did not look like what’s advertised on the site. Cheap quality and looks nothing like the picture.

Velvet coat

After receiving my coat - in medium(I am a size 14 uk) it was too small. It was long enough in the sleeves - the length but did not button up. I approached the company and they responded immediately after talking measurements- they offered to send a large -this arrived on the day specified and I am very happy with the replacements- they didn’t want the original cost back so no heavy postage bill- they great to deal with.
