Great service!

This was my first time ordering from OyRosy, and when the dress came in a size that ended up being too large, I asked for an exchange. The customer service agent was very helpful, allowed me to do the exchange with no headaches at all, and even suggested that I did not need to return the previous item.

No communication and they are not truthful

I wrote a review noting lack of reply to my emails. They suggested I email then with the order number which I had done and have continued to do but no reply. I want a refund as product not as advertised. I will be reporting this company to Fair Trading and hope to stop the advertising.

After much confusion

After much confusion, I eventually received a full refund on my jacket from OYROSY! Had to pay for return postage but I was aware of this - made clear in their terms and conditions. Postage was £30 on £120 jacket so only £30 lost! Communications were good - always got replies after I posted negative comments here! So persistence on my part paid off. OYROSY very apologetic.

A perfect exchange

I recently purchased a jogging suit that was too small. I corresponded with the customer support team. Amy I believe, and she was able to get my measurements and send me the correct size. I haven't received it yet but was very happy with the prompt correspondence that I received daily from Amy. She was able to answer every question and knew exactly how to help me. I would order from OYROSY again because of the help I received this week.

Disappointed

Because l still haven’t received my order they won’t refund me for the item & they won’t answer about a exchange for the item of the amount of $109.00

I ordered my first pair of brown…

I ordered my first pair of brown fringed pants and I love them. On the large side, stretchy, soft material, gorgeous colour. Lovely soft fringes and fantastic cut, waist loose.
Would buy again in a heartbeat!!!

Pantsuit didn’t fit good

I had trouble with an outfit that didn’t fit but the company let me pick out another outfit of comparable amount. It worked out great. Thank you

TERRIBLE return policy

TERRIBLE return policy - they don't want you to return clothing and will do anything to prevent refunding your money. Just getting the clothes in the first place can take weeks or longer. I've given them a few chances now and never again. The clothes do not fit correctly and you can't return them without having to ship to China and paying all kinds of fees. I am DONE with company!!!

This jumper is the Perrrrrfect shade of red and it looks like a custom fit! The fit around the arms is not loose (this is good) and the fabric is sturdy. It looks elevated unlike lots of other one pieces. So easy and so cute!

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM OYROSY

I of to email to get the order ship out after 26 days and they wouldn’t send back the package unless I paid for it to ship pack or they said I would get 20% off from it. I would never order anything else from this company again!! Worst decision ever and I recommend everyone else not to order anything from Oyrosy.. Bad bad business.

This company is terrible to deal with!

This company is terrible to deal with! I would advise not purchasing anything from them. The advertisements are differnt than the items that come, the items are not cheap & appear to be of good quality but, they are not, they are cheap products. I ordered 3 blazers & they are all unacceptable & don't fit. I have been emailing & communication with customer service for 5 weeks trying to get a refund, the company avoids the issue and will not give me the address to return the items. They have offered a discounted price to keep the items or asks me to purchase other items, niether of which are acceptable solutions because I don't want the cheap costume items, I have not use for them nor do I want more junk from them. The company uses stallling techniques & says it answers emails every 3-5 days which just prolongs the seemingly never ending return process. They are not honoring their return policy and I think this is not a reputable company. I am a very unhappy customer:(

They were so wonderful to work with the size I normally order from them was way to small so I emailed customer service and they sent the next size at No Charge and told me to donate the smaller size!
