Worst service I’ve ever experienced
I hesitated for a long time before writing this review because I understand how important feedback can be. However, after dealing with the same issues for several months, I feel I have no other choice.
There is zero humanity, responsibility, or real support from this team.
Let me start with the chat support. When I open a chat, it says responses take about 15 minutes — that’s fine. But in reality, they reply to each of my questions every 12–13 minutes, and then the chat automatically closes after just 2 minutes. They justify it by saying, “It’s mentioned in the chat.” So I have to wait 12+ minutes for each reply, but once they answer, the chat closes almost immediately, forcing me to create a new one and explain everything again from the beginning.
I can confirm that some employees, like Yonas, try to help. However, overall, the company does not seem to care about its customers. Two days ago, I emailed my account manager — still no response.
For the past 3 days, I have been unable to purchase GB. They told me the issue was with my card provider. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed there was no issue on their side — however, due to repeated suspicious attempts, they ended up blocking both of my cards. I explained this to support, and unbelievably, the issue is still not resolved.
I opened a ticket with Yonas for the dedication team, which was supposed to be reviewed yesterday. After following up a day later, Katrin told me they are still waiting for the dedication team. This is their level of support.
The service is very expensive, yet there is no real help. I have shared all the personal information they requested — LinkedIn profile, name, reasons, everything. They have all my details and still cannot resolve the issue.
If you offer live chat support, you need to be responsible and responsive. Customers are not asking for miracles — just proper service.
Very disappointing experience.

Created an account and right away got flagged by their "automated security system". Can't do anything until I go through verification and explain my use case.
To make things worse, the verification form itself doesn't even work. So you can't use the service, and you can't complete the verification to unlock it either. Completely dead end.
This is a proxy service, not a bank. If there are conditions - ask upfront during signup, don't waste people's time with broken forms.
Terrible first impression, and the last one - I won't be coming back.

With their proxies, literally nothing works — not a single link opens. They provide a list of supposedly unavailable resources, but in reality nothing works at all. On top of that, you get hit with captchas everywhere possible, every single time.
The support service deserves special mention: you wait hours for a reply to each message, and there’s never anything useful in it. They’ll just say something like, “Looks like this resource doesn’t work with our proxies,”even though this is not mentioned anywhere and no one is going to do anything about it.
This is quite literally the worst experience you can get. Never — and I repeat, never — have anything to do with them.

I am writing this to warn other businesses about Oxylabs' deceptive billing practices and their lack of transparency.
Since July 2025, Oxylabs has been overcharging us by nearly 270%. Their public pricing for Amazon non-JS requests is $0.50/1k, yet they have been silently charging us $1.35/1k for months. I only discovered this massive discrepancy in January 2026.
When confronted with clear evidence (Dashboard showing "JS Rendered: No" but billed at JS rates), their support team completely ignored my emails for 7 full days, even after two urgent follow-ups. Their avoidance of accountability is professional negligence at its finest.
The resolution was even more insulting. They refused to admit a system error, hiding behind the excuse of a "Legacy Plan." To "fix" it, they canceled my current plan, issued a measly $100 refund, and forced me to pay another $100 to subscribe to a new "Custom Plan" just to get a 10% discount for a year.
Summary of the nightmare:
Systemic Fraud: Overcharging for non-JS requests for over 6 months.
Terrible Support: 7 days of silence while our money was being drained.
Lack of Integrity: Refusing to admit the billing glitch and forcing a "re-subscription" instead of a manual rate correction.
Oxylabs is not a partner you can trust. They will overcharge you and then make you jump through hoops just to get a fraction of your own money back. Avoid them at all costs.

The issue turned out to be related to a failed payment, which caused strict limits on our legacy plan without a clear upfront warning. Once identified, the resolution path was clear.
Overall a good experience, but clearer billing alerts and quota transparency would significantly improve the customer experience.

Yonas provided excellent technical support for a complex and persistent ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED issue. He patiently guided me through multiple troubleshooting steps, including successful cURL verification. When the browser still failed due to the IP being blocked by Google, Yonas made crucial internal changes on the server side which finally resolved the problem. His expertise in diagnosing the server-side routing was exceptional.
