Ordered goods,90 pack buy 3 get 3 free, invoice showed buy 3 get 3 free. When goods arrive only 30 pack. Wanted to return they said have to send to China. Then they said 30 refund if keep. Which I agreed to then refund still not received after 3 follow up emails. Then I came back from holiday to find another 6 months had been sent without my authorization. I said they needed to collect & refund total which they agreed to. Still a month later no refund. I am going to commerce commission to take legal action and look at shutting them down. No service, misleading invoices and try to send 6 months of product every month. I am more than frustrated. I am back in New Zealand late May and will look at legal action to escalate my concerns. I suggest complete incompetence and with 40% of bad reviews scam business. Do not engage with this company. Michael J Auckland

Store is always pleasant to be in. Ambassadors really knows their products. Me and my workmate loves our lipo core morning tea moments. And it does curve our appetite.

No tracking number, no communication. Finally arrived after 3.5 weeks of ordering.
Product has food colouring in it, says on back in small letters. Gives me headaches.
Not touching it.
What a poo blocked me up fir 5 days. Its supposed to relieve you, not block you.

The 6 in one and what a poo and some freebie all contain colouring and artificial sugars. Not healthy like they claim to be!

Needed to come on and mention ordering and delivery as it seems to be a hot topic. Ordering was easy as, got confirmation emails and Whatsapp messages, so definitely no scam. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived today (Friday), so delivery was a breeze too. Not sure why people have said so much outside of there being a supply issue for a while. I am super impressed with the service. It tastes good too, so happy all round, just need to see if it actually works.

Excellent products

This review is purely for the delivery service of the product. I live in Melbourne Australia and received my product the following week. Very happy with that. Today is my first day of using the product and I will be giving another review in 30 days.

Great staff and service

I like some of their products.
Their advertising (AI generated) is misleading and click baited at best. It does not give a lot of explanation relevant to the catch line.
Their communication and customer service is non existent. Once you order you are on your own.
There is no further customer service and forget trying to figure out where your order is or when it will arrive. The company Amarex is one of the most poorly rated delivery companies there is. And for a company that “so calls” prides itself on being NZ owned and operated why would they not use NZ post which has reliable tracking protocol.
This is my third order with them and I can’t get any details to where my order is.
And one of my biggest questions that the company has never replied to is. Why are there multiple incarnations of the Oxyenergy sites. The thing seems very scam orientated.
This will also be my last order with them. As their products can be found at other sites. In particular, iHerb from overseas. Which offers free shipping has great tracking, reputable service and customer service. And they are competitively cheaper. And free delivery on subscription.
My verdict is you can do a lot better without all the hassle that you will go through using this company.

No complaints with delivery but as soon as i tasted the product i got an instant headache and chemical taste like aspartame. As i’m well aware how toxic artificial sweeteners are, i wasted my money & won’t be taking anymore!! How & why does a well documented carcinogen end up in a product marketed as healthy!

Whatapoo is magic!!! You actually loose weight off it without trying and it tastes good too <3
