My order arrived promptly the next day. Great communication from the delivery team and item was as described. A very carefully wrapped plant which was high quality and very healthy. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Couldn’t ask for any better service. Fantastic! Thank you Oxy Plants.

Because I live quite nearby, I visited the shop and chose the plants I wanted this morning. Delightful couple, the young chap packaged my plants beautifully for their trip back to the coast. I will certainly be using them again. What a selection!

I had an issue with a bird of paradise plant I bought from them but their customer service was excellent and helped me solve it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Oxy

Dreadful half dead and broken plant. Not the height they said. Would never use them again.

After a house sitter managed to drown all my houseplants through being over conscientious, I ordered replacement plants from Oxy. Unfortunately ALL of the plants arrived quite significantly damaged. However, this isn't Oxy's fault - it looks like they'd been mistreated in transit as you could tell they'd been good plants when posted and had been wrapped with care to protect them in transit. Oxy gave really good after sales care, which is so valuable these days. That's convinced me to go back to them next time.

I had a vase arrive broken from them but it wasn’t there fault at all and was all down to the currier who admitted on delivery they had broken it in the van. I told oxy plants and they sent me out a new one strait away and improved the wrapping encase of another bad courier. It arrived perfect.

I had also messed them around before personally as I once made an order and asked them to change it after I ordered it and they did.

They have been amazing. Couldn’t rate them enough.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from both Yodel and Oxy-plant. Initially, Yodel claimed they couldn't find my address, despite me providing the correct details. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I asked Oxy-plant for a refund as I had not received the plant. However, Oxy-plant simply shrugged off the responsibility, stating that there are always risks with shipping.

The back-and-forth communication was infuriating, and I felt like I was being scammed. Eventually, I did receive the plant, but the experience left a sour taste. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from both companies is appalling.

I would think twice before using either Yodel or Oxy-plant in the future. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and frustrating communication made what should have been a simple transaction into a nightmare.

I collected my order directly from the store in Bolton and was surprised to find all plants were on display and could be purchased directly, not just online. All plants appeared in good condition and staff were helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in using Oxy Plants as my first choice plant supplier.

The site is great and for a non-plant person, the "unkillable" and care guidelines were great for making a choice. Bought 2 snake plants and 2 other big ones. Arrived quickly and are perfect specimens. Would totally recommend and much cheaper than from a garden centre.

On 29th August i bought a large Areca Palm. As im in Northern Ireland i knew it would take a little longer for delivery. The plant arrived on 4th Sept, so less than a week! The palm was well packed and protected in the box and arrived undamaged and healthy and better than expected. I followed the care note that came with it and the palm is thriving! Just placed a second order for a large snake plant!

I purchased a Lucky Bamboo plant and when it arrived the plant was in absolutely great condition. Even better than I had originally anticipated. However, the pot the plant came in was broken despite the protective package. It's most probable that the pot was broken whilst in transit.

Upon contacting Customer Services, the representative was friendly, efficient and prompt in resolving the issue.

Therefore, I will definitely be making further purchases and have recommended Oxy - Plants to family and friends would highly recommend to others.

Really lovely plants. They arrived brilliantly packaged and only 1 leaf has dropped out of 4 x 120cm high plants. The delivery was slower than I had hoped but this was because the company had received what they considered sub standard stock so they waited until better new stock arrived that met their standards to send out. Very competitive pricing. Friendly and responsive staff. Will definitely buy again and recommend to others.

After searching for new indoor plants I came across Oxy Plants, they have a great selection and I found just what I'd been looking for and at great prices too. I ordered quite a few as they were being delivered. Customer service was great when I had a query. I would reccomend and use them again
