Skip delivered on time and in good shape / clean for use. Driver was careful depositing it to the right spot on driveway. Staff were kind enough to let me retain it for an extra couple of days. Best skip experience I’ve had. Will use again and happy to recommend.

Skip didn't arrive.
I placed an order for a skip 16 days in advanced. I immediately received confirmation, a job no. and an invoice with Status:Paid
I planned annual leave and organised paid help for heavy removals for the day the skip was due.
It did not arrive and I never received any communication from Oxigen.
I rang about 5-6 times and just kept getting either a messaging machine or other regions putting me back through to Dublins messaging machine.
Eventually Dundalk region checked my order and told me it's unpaid, hence it wasn't sent out.
The money came out of my account 16 days prior along with an invoice stating its Paid.
I finally got through to the Dublin region at half 5 who told me the same thing and that they'd have to check with IT
I find it strange that if they have record of an order with a delivery date, and "no payment" on their system, that they didn't attempt to contact me and let me know.
The skip has now been rescheduled since they found my payment and had a glitch in their side, though I'm now out money and time/AL
No partial refund offered either for the inconvenience. Poor experience

Will never use this service again
I ordered a skip for 5 days, it arrived at lunch time on the first day, 15 days past and it still hasn’t been collected, I have called them 5 days ago to ask about collection, as I loaded everything I needed into the skip before the 5 days, now neighbours appear to be putting items into the skip for which I am responsible for ? Will never use this service again
