Extremely disappointed with the service at Oxford Orthodontics Practice. My daughter’s appointment has been cancelled three times in a row, each time at short notice with the excuse that the doctor “needed to leave early.” This is highly irresponsible — my daughter had a tooth removed over two months ago in preparation for braces, yet her treatment has been repeatedly delayed through no fault of her own.
We have had to arrange time off work in order to attend these appointments, only to be informed on the day that they had been cancelled. This is not just inconvenient but shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and commitment.
Families plan their time and trust medical professionals to provide reliable care. Repeated cancellations without proper arrangements show a lack of professionalism and disregard for patient wellbeing. Very poor experience.
