We had our system installed by Steve and his team. The process from the initial quote was flawless, Steve explaining everything along the install. He answered all our questions and the end result was a well installed system. Can highly recommend their services.

We have had 3 solar projects managed and installed by Steve and his team. My experience has been very positive working with him; he provided a prompt competitive quotation, he kept us informed during the installation, and overall he has an excellent customer service manner.
One project involved a frame for the Solar Panels being set up on a flat roof which was challenging and he mannaged to achieve the goal and produce the required Kw power output.

A roofing company damaged a solar panel and although Oxford Green Energy were not the installer they arranged an immediate next day delivery of replacement panels at a competitive price. Impressive customer service.

Steve’s after service is amazing. He responds so quickly and is so willing to do whatever’s needed to help us out - and always with a smile!

I had a problem with linking my FoxEss app to my solar panels and battery. I was worried that my whole system was faulty. I contacted Steve for assistance, and even though he does not work for the company who installed my system any longer he came out the same day and sorted the problem for me. Steve now has his own company which I recommend heartedly.

Installed ev charger but left inverter switched off. Despite repeated requests to help restore my solar power Steve denied all responsibility and refused to answer my calls to discuss. I lost a lot of money due to my battery being left to die during sunniest May on record. Very disappointed.

Steve De Havilland of Oxford Green Energy responded to a Facebook post I made for recommendations for a company to have a look at the solar system at my elderly parents house. Steve kindly contacted me to offer to take a look as he was working in the area.
Steve was so kind and patient with my Mother a true gentleman, he quickly found the problem fixed it and the system was up and running again. Steve then went on to advise my mother to get a free monitor device from British Gas so we can check if the diverter works correctly. I can’t thank Steve enough for all the advice and his expertise and honesty. I'd like to thank Oxford Green Energy (OGE) for providing an excellent service.

Initially, we singled out three companies which we might choose. OGE were the most honest and as it turns out the cheapest of the three. The equipment was not the cheapest though providing high efficiency solar panels (AIKO) and EcoFlow inverters and battery.

The process of fitment was well coordinated with the scaffolders, roofer and electricians who were quick, proficient and efficient.

Can I add to this that OGE went above and beyond in advising on how and where to recycle old equipment.

They provided a friendly, honest service and answered all of my questions regarding tariffs and options for tariffs.

Can I please recommend OGE as 10/10.

If you are considering a solar installation then this is the company for you. Steve’s depth of knowledge was clear from his first visit and he took the time to discuss the various options and explain the benefits of each one. The final installation was a configuration that a competitor company had said was not possible and had quoted 20% more than Steve! Steve’s is not a pushy salesman and his quotation was extremely competitive which made for an easy decision process.

The installation was very professional – from pre-inspection, scaffolding and delivery of equipment through to the fitting of panels/batteries and electrical work. The team were tidy, polite and very efficient. Steve also came back a few weeks later to assist with the set up needed to sell the excess electricity back to the supplier.

The system has been running now for several weeks and has already significantly impacted our bills. A great all round service and support and I would recommend Oxford Green Energy 100%

Highly recommend Steve!! He really knows his stuff in an area that I have no clue about, so was very happy to simplify the complicated stuff and explain how I can not only be environmentally best, but also save on a lot of money. Such a lovely guy and has set us up perfectly!

My son, who had already had panels/battery fitted to his house, recommended Steve from Oxford Green Energy when I considered this option for energy supply, and I am glad he did. Steve is obviously an expert in his field, completely au fait with the best solutions for different situations, offers advice freely with no obligation, and is completely trustworthy. His aim is to have satisfied customers and he goes out of his way to ensure that is the case. From time of inception it took 24hrs for a visit and quote, 48hrs for implementation with excellent tradesmen, at which time my system, with the Ecoflow app installed, was up and running. My energy supplier has taken longer than anticipated to get my export tariff set up and Oxford Green Energy has paid the export tariff whilst this is being set up. In short, the Company has provided an tailored excellent solution to my needs, educated me on how to maximise the benefits and funded my expectations when others in the energy supply system fell short. I cannot recommend Oxford Green Energy too highly.

I highly recommend Steve and the team at Oxford Green Energy for Solar panel installations. Steve explained to us what was involved in the whole process, very knowledgable and not a pushy salesman – and when the day came to have the panels fitted, everything went without any issues and pretty much how it was explained to us. The installation was done in a day, Steve set up an App on my phone and within minutes I was seeing how much free energy I was getting through the panels – certainly changed the way we use our appliances now. The installation team were brilliant from the electricians to the scaffolding guys, really happy with the whole process – Thanks guys!

I shopped around about 15 installers before deciding to go with Steve, as I found he was the only one to take the time to break down all of the variables and their impacts. Even after the installation he has been back a couple of times for a cup of tea to answer all my followup questions.
