Having received and sent from this company they are hit and miss. The worst thing is the flowers never last that long though, even they do look nice when they turn up

The service I have received from Oxford and Rose has been brilliant. The flowers are beautiful and always provide a wow factor for the recipient. I had a couple of small discussions with O&R about the longevity of the flowers and they have been very helpful in providing a solution - to provide the wow factor they are not delivered in bud like some other companies, so to provide some extra life they tailored my order to have a mix of flowers in bloom and some on bud. The ordering process is very simple, with regular updates and quick service. The real star of the show is the flowers though, with every bouquet being absolutely stunning and delivered with flowers ready to bud on opening - always fresh and ready to bloom fully once they’ve arrived rather than before. Packaging is substantial enough to protect the flowers but also recyclable. Brilliant!

I have never been let down by Oxford & Rose. They’re are consistently good flowers and the presentation is exceptional. I have tried a fair few others which also include Interflora and none have delivered the same quality and presentation as Oxford & Rose. My favourite is the “firework” bouquet. Such beautiful long lasting and very colourful flowers. My partner is always so delighted to received them; along with friends and family when a special occasion arises.

I ordered a colour coordinated bouquet for my niece and sadly the flowers were not as the photo. Bronwin has been very understanding and the customer service has been great and speedy.

Great concept, great service and great quality products

Have ordered quite a few times from Oxford & Rose and the flowers have been great quality and delivered on time. I had one recent problem with my order where a different bouquet was sent, but after speaking to customer services the matter was resolved speedily and efficiently. Very pleased with the outcome and will continue to use and recommend Oxford and Rose.
