Disorganised and expensive.

The engineer couldn’t arrive within the agreed time slot. Rebooked for the next day and no-one turned up at the agreed time. Managed to contact an engineer who was the only one working and he didn’t have me down for that time and couldn’t do the work that morning. He called back and said someone else could come. The guy that came (from out of the area) was efficient and cleared the drain. However I was shocked by the £274 invoice for 1/2 an hour's work.
