Fraudulent Transaction

A representative emailed and called me and falsely misrepresented that he worked for the US Patent and Trade office. Kept saying he was a federal government attorney. Said I was required to "subscribe." He had my actual ID # for my trademark (Which I later found is public info). He recorded me saying "yes" but I recorded him as well. I immediately called back when I saw the $978 charge to Oxentry Digital a fe mins later. The rep agreed to refund the money. I recorded that as well. It was on 1/16/26. As of 4/7/26, I have not received a refund.

Absolutely outstanding experience

Absolutely outstanding experience! Oxentry Digital built a custom CRM for my business that exceeded every expectation. The design is clean, user-friendly, and has made managing my operations so much smoother.

Their team was professional, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to tailor the CRM to my needs. I’m truly impressed with the quality of their work and the dedication they showed throughout the project.

I’d highly recommend Oxentry Digital to anyone who wants top-notch service and results. Five stars all the way!
