Ordered some shirts and didn't receive…

Ordered some shirts and didn't receive a shipping notification for over 2 weeks. After writing several emails to support, I finally got a reply with an apology and a discount. I used the discount to order an additional shirt. It's been almost a month and nothing has shipped.

They send wrong size and an extremely slow support.

I have bought it before and been happy with the purchase.
I use 38/34, but I got a pair of 32/32 delivered last time.

The response from Support has been incredibly slow. First, I was told I could keep the wrong pants and that a new, correct one would be sent. Then I gave them away. And waited and waited - nothing came.
No replacement was sent. Again, the response was very slow.
And now, finally, I get a response, and I am told to send the wrong-size pants back to get a replacement.

There are so many other companies with same quality and a support that actually solve the problems and not keep delaying.

Received the wrong sized pants

Received the wrong sized pants from what I had ordered, so I returned them, having to pay $30 to ship ground from the US to the UK. No refund was given for the shipment back to the UK. Awful and slow customer service to top it off. I had a great experience back in 2016 when I ordered from them, but it has been downhill for this company since. I wound up paying $30 for a mistake they made. I recommend you stay away. There are much better clothing companies for muscular men in the United States.

What a turnaround!!!

I’d previously ordered a shirt from Oxcloth and had a pretty awful experience, as others have stated below. However, I recently received a mail to say the company was under new management, they are aware of previous issues and are working hard to turn this around so I decided to give them another chance.

I communicated my previous issues with Jay and he couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. He didn’t try to fob me off or make excuses and I had the genuine feeling that he wanted to put things right. So I ordered another shirt.

This experience couldn’t have been more different. The shirt was dispatched within a day and I’m really pleased with what I received, so much so, I’ll be ordering more. It’s a cracking shirt, great quality with subtle detailing that fits a treat.

I’m not affiliated to this company in any way and I had previously written a pretty scathing review about them, however, from my experience, things have changed massively and I would recommend them if you’re looking for a great muscle fit shirt. I admire the approach and ownership Jay has taken to set the company on a new course and I hope the past issues are well behind them.

Oxcloth went above and beyond to help…

Oxcloth went above and beyond to help me with sizing and get my clothing to me in time for our wedding. Quality and fit are both excellent. Not found anything like it on the market. Would highly recommend.

Bad customer service

Terrible.
I ordered two shirts. Quality and fit quite nice but nothing special. No problem Returned one as per t and c’s.
Spent money on tracked return. They received shirt - never refunded money despite numerous emails and messages from me.
Not one single word.
UPDATE: I did eventually (after 4 weeks) receive a refund BUT not communication and no apology)
Good shirts but really need to improve service
