I have purchased two sets of sleepwear, a large blanket and a lounge dress from Ownkoti and I absolutely love them all!! The fabric and designs are high quality, the pieces are beautifully made, and the colors and finishes are fantastic. I have been very happy with their delivery times and service, and highly recommend this brand.

I have two quilts of Ownkoti's. Both are thick and warm but not too hot for me. One is the Ginko pattern which is very beautiful on my bed while the other one is a navy and white check pattern for my couch which is perfect to use while being not too heavy but keeps me warm while lounging. I love them both and they are stylish and well made. I am very happy with my purchases.

While there is a little bit of consistency in the fitting, overall they feel lovely on, very decadent actually and my husband loves when I wear them.
Wish I could have a pair for every day of the month, I love them that much.

This is one step away from a scam. Did not receive what I ordered and would have had to pay $30 shipping to return to China. Do not order. Disappointing!

I absolutely adore my new robe! The quality of the cotton is so buttery and majestic, and the cut is generous. The pattern is breathtaking. I am 5’7” and about 120 and I got a medium and I love how much coverage there is. There are 2 pockets. The colors (teal and gold) are even more beautiful than on the website! I put it on and my mom came over and she gasped in awe. The robe falls at my mid calf, and I intend to buy a few more colors because in summer? I can wear this out on the town with boots! For the price you will be blown away by the quality. And the sweet package it was sent in, too. I’m confident anything from this seller will also make a beautiful and impressive gift. Also, I’m neurodivergent and am really sensitive to fabrics- this robe is one I wrap up in like a hug. So grateful I took the chance and bought it from an ad. Best online purchase ever!

I got the cotton gauze robe in gold with the light blue trim and inside.

It is wonderful and I absolutely love it. It’s cooling in the warmer weather, but now, as it gets colder, it it surprisingly warm. I layer it over a turtleneck and leggings and wear it around the house now all the time.

It is refreshing to make an on line purchase and find the product better than advertised.

My quilt is very nice! Looks and feels great! Also does great in the wash. I highly recommend! I may have to get another one for the cold seasons!

I adore the cotton gauze pajama set I purchased with toile fabric. It fits perfectly and is well-made. The design is beautiful, and the fabric is incredibly light and smooth.

While the website states that everything is returnable,but when I tried to return a quilt they told me I would have to pay return shipping to China, which "would be very expensive." Indeed! Given the weight and size of the item, I figured I'd be spending half of what the quilt cost on return shipping. To make matters worse, the address for the return looked very suspect—listing even the ELEVATOR of the building. I asked a postal worker if it looked legit, and he laughed and said "Well, I wouldn't hold my breath on getting confirmation of receipt to that address."

the quality of the robe i ordered was excellent. customer service was excellent. (i needed to exchange a too large size). i highly recommend this company and will very likely be ordering more items from them.

Do NOT order from this company until you completely understand their return policy. I wanted to return one item of 3 that I ordered...and was offered a $5.00 credit on an item that cost $65.00. The alternative is shipping the item to China...so the shipping cost is likely significant and will be my expense. I have no real confidence I will receive a credit...even if the item is returned. This is NOT made evident to U.S. customers upon ordering.

to begin, customers need to realize this company is in China. the fb page looks like it originates in the USA.
the site was quick to respond to any concerns. delivery took a while , 2-3 weeks.

i ordered large but thought twice and switched to XL, as the material is 100% cotton and i felt with washing and drying it would shrink.

the XL was super big and i was distraught but then i washed and dried it and it was perfect.

the colours, design and workmanship are excellent. and i would buy again keeping all these points in mind.
