My dad and uncle were taken advantage of at a resort in Mexico. He was excited to be able to share this "deal" with us as we are a traveling family. In the past 10+ years, we have yet to get a deal for any flights or hotel. You're better off booking on your own!! DO NOT BUY THIS. We hate that we were not there to protect them from there snakes
Book your own travel. Total rip off
You are going to be far better off simply booking your own travel. It was laughable what they would quote me after looking at what prices were on sites as simple as expedia.

Shady to say the least. I foolishly bought the Owners Link after sitting down with a sales rep at a resort in Mexico. After buying it I looked at the reviews, which I should've done in the first place. I immediately regretted my decision to buy and contacted Owners Link to cancel. The contract I had said I could get a refund up to 5 days after buying the product. When I called I was taken in circles stating that the person in charge of cancelations wasn't around and they would get back to me. Of course they never did. My emails went Unanswered and when I called I would get the same run around. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my cc company and have my card deactivated.

Absolutely terrible service, wouldn’t reply to emails, was told on phone calls the agent was not available or they never answered my calls . But answered when I used a different phone number. Put us on a layover flight to an airport that is shut down overnight , with all hotels surrounded booked solid instead of a direct flight that was requested. Over charged for the flight. Could of booked myself for $2000 cheaper . Holding our money hostage saying they can’t refund only credit, the airline says they will refund but need to go through Ownerslink as we booked through them . Will definitely never use them again after I get my money back .
Do NOT Use them!
If I could give them a 0 I would. We were promised top notch services at amazing prices and neither are true. We booked through them and from the moment we got to the airport we had SEVERAL issues. The agent did not list our flight confirmation # on the email so we couldn’t check in or look up our flight I had to call JetBlue to get it and if I hadn’t, our experience at the airport would have been even worse. He also messed up our names on the booking for each traveler our names were all scramblers so everyone who tried to check us in could not find us and had much trouble checking us in- This delayed us so much. He also did not send us any emails from JetBlue OR set us up to receive emails so we did not know we needed a travel visa to enter the Bahamas so we spent an hour at check in rushing to get this done online. He also did not tell us that basic blue meant no carry on so we had to check in luggage & pay for each ( which was fine) we just didn’t know. There was also a flight change for our return from 11 am to 10 am. If we hadn’t signed up for JetBlue emails ourselves, we wouldn’t have known of this change. We also scheduled transportation from our hotel to the airport. He scheduled our pick up for 12pm noon when our flight was at 10 am (before the change still 11am)… why would he do that???? SO many issues with this trip and this is the first time booking through them. To be completely honest if it was one mistake, we wouldn’t have minded but this was MANY and we have never had a traveling experience this difficult.

Customer service is a hit and miss based on who receives the call, wait time etc. You normally receive a response back within 48-72 hours (both emails or calling customer service call center). The impact is the flight cost may increase within that timeframe you are waiting for a response to inquiry for hotel reservations. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND their services.

Owners Link is the best travel service I have ever used and the prices on the vacation weeks were 50 to 70% less that what I found online. It is very user friendly and the personal concierge is a great help.

Great experience with my personal concierge. In my experience I could say that OL has good inventory, however the personal assitance is what I like the most.

Just came back from my vacation and everything went smooth. If you don’t belive they have good prices just try a talk to the concierge and they will get you great deal. I definitely recommend them
Great savings on my first trip
The Owners Link membership was included in in a vacation package that I bought a few months ago. I did not have an opportunity to review the web page to find offers but I got help of a concierge that found me great deals, I saved around 1200 dollars on my first trip.

In my experience, Owners Link has given me lower prices on my trips. I have been with the membership for 3 years and the Asap weeks have worked very well for me.
For me it is easier to talk with the concierge since it solves the entire trip at once, but you can also book everything through its online platform.
They also give a point-like system, although I have not had the opportunity to use them.
I hope my opinion can help you.

I truly don't understand where those bad comments are coming from. Probably competitors trying to give a bad reputation to this amazing agency.
Trust me, i travel A LOT and have booked through many different agencies and even online. I never got this kind of amazing service and deals.
Booking was incredibly easy and they found me the best travel packages in amazing resorts for a ridiculously lower price than anywhere else.
Forget the detractors leaving bad comments. Try them, you won't regret it I promise!

There should be a - I star I payed over two thousand and something so far since 2017 and as of now I have not been able to take a trip there I was told that the trip was my home to come back to not paying anything because I pay into it and I can get it from my points. When I called they wanted me to pay another 1,305 to stay there for 7 days when I asked for only five days then I was quoted 745.00 so I'm not understanding why 3,000 and some odd dollars I paid into them and that's without flights of coming there didn't cost me but 1200 with flight with my husband in the 2017. I have not used them yet thinking I am saving points that I was told could be used next visit no cost there. I am really appalled of this Resort and representatives of Owners Link and I really would like to cancel my contract it is false and misleading. I would like to speak a lawyer to sut them down 😡
