I ordered a derminator 2. It arrived about two weeks later which was a lot sooner than i expected during covid. The machine is beyond excellent. If you have experience with other machines there is no comparison. No drag, really powerful and the strangest thing is no pain afterwards. Im not sure why, i used infadolan and normally my face has a pulse. Today no pain at all even though the treatment was more intense. The company is so ethical, this machine should cost a lot more. Im just so impressed with every aspect of my experience.

I accidentally broke part of my Derminator and asked about the replacement part cost----Owndoc's response: "We'll send you a new one for free." It does not get better than that!

It's great to have a caring company that you can rely on, especially for such a specialized need!

I have been a long-time customer, consistently impressed with the level of customer support and advice, which is always directly honest and fair. Recently, I tried to order single-needle cartridges for the Derminator 1, but the needles were no longer available. Sarah responded to my email immediately and has offered the Derminator 2 free of charge! Holy cow! I still can't believe it!! The Derminator 1 is a sturdy device and the results I've gotten are fabulous. I would've never imagined they'd be willing to gift a Derminator 2. Wow. Thank you so much, Sarah!!

Very impressed with the customer service offered...after an issue with a product Sarah was instantly responsive and offered to replace the product...I have been a customer for years because of this level of service.

I had ordered a few year ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed the use of the derminator 1. It is a fantastic product that is much more efficient and effective than traditional dermarollers. When the product began to run a bit less smoothly, I contacted Owndoc inquiring if there was a way I could salvage or repair the device to run like new again. Instead they offered a full replacement of their newer model, derminator 2, at no cost! They even included more needles for free! It took less than 12 hours for them to reply to my customer service ticket and resolve the issue. I am very impressed with their customer service, reliability and professionalism. Owndoc knows how to treat their customers with respect and instill loyalty!

This must be about the best company in the microneedling business. I bought the Derminator 2, and I have to say: it is a cleverly designed and very powerful device. I really love using it. They also provide detailed manuals, so that one learns how to clean and reuse the cartridges, which needle depth for which type of scar, and so forth.
The support is helpful and replies promptly. Would recommend!

This machine is incredible. I was using the Dr. Pen before purchasing the Derminator 2, and I didn't realize how useless the Dr. Pen was until I microneedled with the Derminator for the first time. I wish I could post before and after pictures to this review. The Derminator doesn't just vibrate like a Dr. Pen or a tattooing machine. It has 3 speeds that allow you to clearly see the needles in the cartridge moving in and out. This precisely stamps your skin. I use my Derminator 2 with different serums. I rotate between using: Human derived Stem Cell media (Adipose & Mesenchymal), EGF, PDRN (Salmon DNA), Copper Peptide 1% + Matrixyl 3000, Retin-A, and Vitamin C. My acne scars are gradually fading so much that so many people have commented on the improvement. My boyfriend tells me all the time that I'm aging backwards - Using Retin-A surely helps, but I have no doubt that the Derminator 2 plays a big roll in my collagen induction. Also, the customer service is amazing. If you contact Owndoc from their website, they'll respond within a day or two. **I just want to add that I am in no way affiliated with Owndoc. I know my review is super positive to the point of possibly sounding fake or something, but I was NOT paid in any way to endorse this product. It's just that good.

I ordered the derminator a few months ago. I received it about 1 month later. A part of the device being visibly broken upon receipt, I contacted their customer service by sending photos. They responded very quickly and returned a new machine to me without having to do anything more, at no additional cost. I receive it 1 week later, plus additional cartridges for free (and everything you get when you order the derminator basically).
I have used it twice, and indeed this product clearly seems well made.

I was looking into a good microneedling device and came across Owndoc back in 2014 but only made a purchase a few months ago. My machine had some issues but Sarah was quick to respond and help me, they finally sent me a new machine. They truly care about their customers and always respond very fast.

The Derminator is not only an amazing product that can make your skin look flawless, but when I had a concern, Sarah and the team at Vaughter Wellness were not only extremely quick to respond but far exceeded my expectations! On a side note, if you ordered and it seems like it's taking a long time to get there and you're getting a little worried, don't. It'll get there and will be worth the wait!

I've been ordering from Vaughter Wellness (owndoc) for the last 2 years, and both their products and customer service are great. The Derminator 2 is best-in-class, hands down. And the one time I had a minor issue with the ordering process, they sent me some extra accessories for free for the inconvenience! What a fabulous company this is. They have very reasonable products that are scientifically backed but without the bells and whistles to make them affordable to general public. If there are any issues their customer service is so quick, efficient and helpful. My derminator microneedling device failed and another one was sent out to me free of charge no questions asked.
