Paul assisted with both the design and commisioning of the meter set up for a Sunsynk Lifelynk system. While onsite Paul remote connected to assist with issue we had with communiction which was very helpful. Fantastic technical help will be using Owen brothers for future metering projects.

We contact Owen Brothers on a recommendation of a contractor we were working with. Within an hour they had a package together, remapped a meter to the spec we needed and had it on its way to the Highlands with free delivery. It arrived literally 18 hours later, and at a price no one could beat. Will be going back for our future metering needs!

We at Grimsby Community Energy have specified Owen Bros meters since 2016. 9 years, five community share offers and 700kW solar over 12 buildings later, we are still happy with the personal and expert service given by this family firm.
All of our meter readings are conveniently gathered to one portal, and when there is a glitch Owen Bros help us get it sorted promptly. They also liaise with our maintenance installers for any updated equipment we need.
Just what we need as a small community enterprise decarbonising what we can!

I bought an OB115-Mod meter 9 months ago and when I finally installed it recently it proved to be faulty. I spoke to their customer support and they were extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and sent me a replacement unit without hesitation. The replacement arrived the following morning. Top marks!

I dealt with Owen Brothers once before and that experience made me come back to them. We are a registered animal sanctuary with an unusual need for accurately understanding and monitoring our electricity use ,as it is very high.
We now have two dedicated units in use to do this and we are absolutely delighted with their performance. Not only that, every question, and yes, we had a few, as we are not in the UK, was professionally and courteously answered. They were even able to adjust their S/W to accommodate for a small fault I had made during the CT install.
All in all: A company with whom it is a pleasure to do business with. It is lovely to know, and virtually meet, a company to whom top quality workmanship and customer service means so much.
