Don't go to this bank for any loan .

Don't go to this bank for any loan .
I get Colin Gielissen as agent .
He hadn't respond to my email since 4 days .
After all he claimed the contract has been rejected by bank .
Where I have signed allready existing contract and debit authorization to my bank account.
He didn't even bother to call me back where I requested to call me back.
No Reaction .
After 4 days I had no respond And decided to call the bank again , going to put on the agent official report complain finally he called me back to inform me that the contract is rejected. ???
Debit authorization has been confirmed and he says the bank has rejected ?
