Even though sellers emergency circumstance, It takes so long since I ordered in end of NOV. I got It 27 DEC. customer care also really poor communication. I even sent 2 inquries but no reply.

If you have alot of time, then order from this

Even though sellers emergency circumstance, It takes so long since I ordered in end of NOV. I got It 27 DEC. customer care also really poor communication. I even sent 2 inquries but no reply.

Hi Hyung Thanks for sharing. As discussed on the 2nd of December the seller was admitted into ICU and to expect a delay in shipping. Unfortunately he is still there. We were able to coordinate a way to get you a copy of your item whilst he was receiving treatment. Please note we are closed on public holidays. Apologies for the delay we did the best we could under the circumstances.

Item was not a genuine Nintendo…

Item was not a genuine Nintendo controller, I received a 3rd party knock off. Ad said it was Nintendo

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’ve attempted to reach out to you via email as well by phone but have been unable to connect.

After carefully reviewing the seller’s listing, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding. The listing does not state or imply that the product is an authentic Nintendo item; it clearly describes the product as a "Classic Wii Controller."

Other key points we saw were that the pricing was about 50% less than a genuine Nintendo controller and the picture itself had no Nintendo branding.

That said, we recognise that the seller could have been more explicit by stating that this is a "third-party" controller.

To address this matter, we contacted the seller on your behalf who has offered you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and even extended an additional discount on any future purchases from their store (details can be found in the email we sent earlier).

We kindly suggest that if you encounter any issues with future orders, you use the resolution section of your order's page to communicate with the seller directly. This ensures that any misunderstandings can be clarified and resolved quickly and fairly.

Very happy
