I have placed several orders

I have placed several orders, the last one, I was billed for 2 tags, only received 1, notified them, and was sent the second one immediately, without question. I will order more in the future.

IVery very dissatisfied!!!!

I I wish there was an option for no stars! Tiny tiny tags, could not read print, one of the two tags had a smeared black substance over part of it so it was unreadable. I paid 30.00 including expedited shipping and it took a week! Never would I recommend this company!

This is my 4th tag purchase over the …

This is my 4th tag purchase over the years. Everything went wonderful on those purchases. This order was a lot different. #1 the site would not allow me to enter as a former customer. Then it wouldn't let me enter as a new customer. After many attempts over a 4 hr Period. I finally was able to enter as a new customer and submit my order, but got no response that the order was submitted. I had called the c/s number only to get a message that they were busy, left a call back # but got no return call. I never got a confirmation so I did not know if my order went thru, once, twice etc. . I believe on Monday or Tuesday the package was received exactly as ordered. I would order again but this purchase experience did rank up there with past orders.

I use the tag

I enjoyed my tag and it looks nicely made but the color (red) scratches off very easy so I used clear nail polish to keep it from scratching because the name and number would no longer be visible if it scratched off
