Unfortunately, I have experienced a complete lack of service and communication. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past 8-10 weeks, I have not received any response or support. My credit card was charged multiple times after we asked to pause our subscription, yet I have not received any refunds even though they say they have reversed the payment.

I attempted to contact Manuel several times via Slack, and email, but unfortunately none of my messages were acknowledged. In addition, no service has been delivered. I have been waiting for weeks for both a response.

Unfortunately, no response or reaction after repeated inquiries. I have not received any service, my credit card has been charged twice! I have not received an invoice for my payment and no response. I have tried to contact Manuel several times in the last 4 weeks via WhatsApp and Slack and email, but unfortunately I have not received a response. I have not received any service either. I've been waiting weeks for an answer and the invoice for my accounting.

Leider keine Antwort oder Reaktion nach mehrfachem nachfragen. Ich habe keine Leistung erhalten, wurde 2 mal über meine Kreditkarte belastet! Ich bekomme keine Rechnung für meine Zahlung und auch keine Antwort. Ich habe in den letzten 4 Wochen mehrmals versucht Manuel über WhatsApp und Slack und E-Mail zu kontaktieren, aber bedauerlicherweise keine Antwort erhalten. Dazu habe ich auch keine Leistung bekommen. Ich warte seit Wochen auf eine Antwort und die Rechnung für meine Buchhaltung.
