ReAssure are my pension provider & my pension payment should have been paid into my bank account on or around the 23rd of July. After numerous phone calls which I was assured that my money would be paid into my bank account. Today is the 31st of July and I have still not received my pension payment from ReAssure? I have been given advice from a solicitor who is to make a complaint on my behalf to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
