I was an employee of this company. We walked into work one day and they just fired everyone. Had a bunch of people move to the Jax office a few months before. They left everyone high and dry especially the sales team. And this company is ultimately owned by LENDING TREE

Truly wonderful, caring, honest and very helpful professionals at Ovation Credit Services. Each team member... Especially Mrs. Kelly!!!!, Kian, Christie and so many of there staff members have been very helpful with advising me on how to improve my credit score and keeping me updated every time something changes for the better or worst...but at the same time Ovations Credit Services professionals will have a resolution in place for there clients. I appreciate Kelly great advice on how to handle discrepancies on my credit report and what they do on my behalf. In fact my credit score have gone up already and the BEST IS YET TO COME... I'M PRAISING THE LORD FOR OVATIONS CREDIT SERVICES AND TRULY SAD/ HURT :( TO SEE THEM FOLD AND MOVE ON TO MERGE WITH ANOTHER AFFILIATED COMPANY. I will never forget Kelly, Kian, Christie and there entire wonderful professional team!! Thank you all very much for your excellent service and respect. I KNOW GOD HAS GREAT PLANS FOR YOU. The associate that I worked with today name is Angel and she was awesome in helping me to understand all of my options. Definitely an asset, has some times you can receive bad vibes as the human element becomes almost robotic... And Angel did a very good job at helping me to understand the things that I need to know. She does very well at knowing what the customers needs are and works to help with understanding and compassion. Oh my goodness,best experience yet.THANK YOU.

The tech who handled my request was fast and very easy to work with. My problem as lost ID / PW credentials. Answered a handful of verification questions and presto I was logged in.

The individual was extremely courteous and professional and solved the issues I had.

Super helpful answered every question I had and is extremely understanding when it comes to people not knowing much about credit.

I had a consultation with them I didn’t finish it the called and emailed. I didn’t answer I couldn’t afford the service. So today the drew funds from my account and won’t refund and said they’ll give me one month service. Tell me what one month of repair service is gonna do? I want my hard earn money refunded! I spoke with Shannon today at ex. 1035. She was very helpful and gave me a clear understanding of a lot of things that I honestly just did not know. She helped me understand how to improve my credit score and to see consistency in increasing my credit score.
I appreciated that she took her time and gave me an understanding of information that is in the content of my credit reports.
SHE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL THAT SHE WAS JUST TELLING ME ANYTHING TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE.

I was harrassed by a credit analyst named Wesley Wells who claimed to work for the company, then SCREAMED at me on the phone “HOW COME YOU HAVEN’T DONE THIS YET.” When I responded “thank you for calling, goodbye,” he left a voicemail asking what happened and proceeded to tell me I was “excited” about hearing about these services.

They are very friendly they keep me informed on what is going on and talks to me about things that will help me get to where i need to be i will recommend them to anyone that they might be able to help
