Took over a month and a 1 to get the fake product. They will never give you a refund and they charge me instantly for another batch. After I receive 4 month supply total scam.

The capsules are easy to take but I have not felt a big change yet. My knee pain is slightly better but not a huge difference. Maybe it will take more time for me.

Terrible customer service fake product
Took over a month and a 1 to get the fake product. They will never give you a refund and they charge me instantly for another batch. After I receive 4 month supply total scam.
Total fake products and their refund…
Total fake products and their refund policy is a scam in itself. I realized the BP157 was fake when the methylene blue came as a clear liquid. I enquired about this. They asked for a video. I sent it to them. They agreed to a refund but long story short they just shined me on
Small improvements, hoping for more

DO NOT ORDER FROM OVALO HEALTH
DO NOT ORDER FROM OVALO HEALTH. I ordered BPC 157 2 months ago and still haven't received my order. After a month they emailed me I wouldn't get a refund because I bought it "on sale". I spent $150 and have nothing to show for it.
False Advertising
They are advertising "BPC-157". This is a peptide. When you buy it and receive it, it is just amino acids. When you contact them, they tell you that what they sell is "BPC-157 Inspired" products. They are scamming people with false advertising!! Secondly, they won't give you a refund or allow you to return it because it was discounted and their site states no refunds if the product was discounted or on sale. SCAM!!!
Buyer Beware-Scam!
Ovalo Health is deceitful in their sales and marketing. I ordered on a promotional offer, days later I got tracking for shipping coming from
China! Nowhere on their website or bottles shows any pertinent information for the ingredients, what they are, where they are sourced, produced or shipped from. As soon as I was aware of this, I emailed their support team. I said I wasn't comfortable ingesting anything from China especially with no labeling. They gave excuse they are working on new labeling, yeh right! I have been going back and forth with them several times. Their return policy is also a total scam. If you buy their product on sale, promotion or any discount they do not offer returns/refunds. Since their product is only/always offered with some "sale"/discount they are guaranteed never to have to refund their questionable product. Supposedly if you use/ingest their product for 60 days and don't see results they will refund your purchase except many reviews have said even then they were not refunded. What a perfect marketing ploy to never have to refund any purchase. I just wish, like many others who have had the same experience, that I had done a better job checking this company for legitimacy.
No product ever arrived
No product ever arrived. Excuses. Asked for a refund...more excuses. Six weeks now. Company is clearly more scam than substance.
Worthless product
Worthless product, shady company, won’t give refund.
Scam…not sourced in USA as they claim
First they said the package arrived on a day I was working from home. No package. Then they said the package is in transit. After 3.5 weeks, they sent a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it’s being shipped from China. Their website says the products are sourced in USA. Hmmm, but shipped from Vhina? Total scam!!! Don’t buy. Don’t buy from ovalohealth.com
I got scammed too
I got scammed too! After the product came without correct labeling from someone home in IL with a Chinese name. There was no way I would take it. At first they told me that the inappropriate labeling was a mistake then they told me they were re-branding. lol. Then of course came the credit card hacking, I was looking for it. This is their main objective. I am in process of filing a complaint with Federal authorities and trying to find lab to analyze what is actually in the supplement. They have no return policy that anyone could actually return anything...if it's promotional then no, everything is promotional. If anyone knows where I could send this to analyze please advise.
Do not order from this scam company
Do not order from this scam company. They take forever, and when you get the product it’s not labeled correctly, and there is no company name or address on the product. Don’t bother complaining or asking for your money back. They will not give you back a penny or send you a return label. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
Don't buy their garbage
Don't buy their garbage, they won't honour refunds as if item wasnt bought at full price or if it was a promotion product
No Certificate of Analysis (COA)
I received the product BCP-157 in a timely manner, but they can't or won't provide a Third Party Certificate of Analysis (COA). I have been going back and forth for weeks trying to get the COA. They have now stopped responding to my emails. I would stay away from this company as they can't back up what they claimed. I wish I would have done more research before ordering. It's sad that companies are allowed to false advertise.
Beware Chinese Lab
Scam company pretending to be in America but product is shipped from China. Says 60 days money back guarantee but they refuse to honor that. I refuse to use their Chinese supplements and they refuse to refund me. Disputing with Amex
Ordered July 4
Ordered July 4 ; it's now July 31 and no product just excuses . Oh and also did some research; The resins used in the synthesis process, in turn, are synthetic polymers primarily derived from petroleum and natural gas by-products. ask to refund my money and more BS.
VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY HEADQUARTERED &…
VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY HEADQUARTERED & MANUFACTURING IN COMMUNIST CHINA. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY. I ASKED TO RETURN UNOPENED PRODUCT. THEY REFUSED SAYING I BOUGHT ON A PROMOTION WHICH ALSO IS A LIE. I BOUGHT IN BULK TO GET THE DISCOUNT THEY OFFERED BUT ONCE THE PRODUCT ARRIVED, I READ REVIEWS AND DO NOT WANT TO INGEST DANGEROUS PRODUCT FROM CHINA. WHO KNOWS WHAT IS IN IT. THEY REFUSE ANY REFUND. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Fake Peptides scam company
Fake Peptides. And I ordered buy 2 get 2 free and they only sent 2… fake spam company that relies solely on people who don’t file disputes with their credit card company. Very dissatisfying since I have a hip
Injury that I want to try peptides for not a bunch of vitamins.
Not Real BPC-157 – Misleading Scam Product
Not Real BPC-157 – Misleading Scam Product
I ordered what was clearly advertised as BPC-157, and I have screenshots to prove it. What I received was not BPC-157 — just a bunch of isolated amino acids, not a synthesised peptide.
I then received an email saying it’s an “inspired BPC-157 product.” What a joke. That’s nowhere near what was advertised. This is blatantly misleading and feels like a scam.
This kind of shady practice isn’t new for Ovalo Health — other customers have had the same experience. I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards and sharing this review to warn others.
Avoid this company — they are dishonest and deceptive.
NOT U.S. COMPANY
Not located in the US. Product ships out of China with ingredients made in China.
Takes forever to get the order and then they say it’s delivered when it’s not. So when you ask to get your money refunded, they then, and only then, tell you that it’s on its way. Who knows at this point? I’d stay away from this company if I were you. I’d stay away from this company if I had to do it over again.
Such deceit, from the get go!!
