Do noy buy their products
Do noy buy their products. They are poor quality and in some cases a health and safety hazard. My "galvanised metal shed" (aka paper shed) has finally collapsed, having leaked and had doors which would not open and close correctly since day 1. After care - forget it, non-existent. Today was the last straw after the metal sliced the tip of my finger off. Health and safety hazard and should not be sold.
Ploycarb Roof doesn't like strong wind. Buy better product
Purchased a gazebo 3m x 3 m with polycarb roof in the summer from the Range and already lost a number of the polycarb roof panels in recent winds. Daughter has the same gazebo and she also lost some panels in recent winds. Trying to get help to get a replacement panels is like urinating into the same wind that took the panels. No one seems to want to help to even tell you if you can get replacment panels.Last hope today is to see if the Range themselves can direct me to where I would be able to get some replacments. I would advise people to stay well away from the Outsunny range of polycarb gazebos.

This has to be one of the worst sheds…
This 845-330 has to be one of the worst sheds on the market. I purchased the shed on sale price and regret buying it. The shed is flimsy thin metal sheets which needs a lot of brace work the instructions are not very clear and mine was missing predrilled holes in the frame work overall a dreadful shed not worth buying. You will not find it easy when it comes to assembling the shed.

I purchased a fire pit from B&Q that is made by this company in April/May.
The inner ash tray has disintegrated after no more than 10 uses. The metal tray has torn/ripped apart and it is no longer usable. I contacted them to ask for advice about and where to source another inside ash tray, only to be told they do not sell these parts separately and to buy another full fire pit via their online shop. Really poor service, it's a shame because I've spent quite a bit on their products this summer and was planning on more purchases but I'll give them a miss going forward.
I do not feel it has been value for money and I am less impressed with the customer service.
I'll return to B&Q and won't purchase another.
Waste of money
Waste of money - Greenhouse.
Came in two boxes. Must be over thins and pieces. Poor quality and a complete waste of my time. I am a competent DIY’er and it took me 3 days.
Do not waste your money.
Absolutely phenomenal service!
Bought a tomato grow house from Outsunny and put it together very quickly and easily. Unzipped the door every day and tied up the window vents regularly- it got a lot of daily use from March to September and was such a good product for a ridiculously low price. In September one of the four zips began to ‘split’ occasionally, and this became gradually worse until at the end of September the zip broke completely. However as it was towards the end of the growing season I wasn’t too concerned, and certainly felt I’d had my money’s worth. I contacted Outsunny customer service and asked if they sold replacement covers, so I could be ready for housing next spring’s seedlings. But instead Outsunny offered to send me a whole new product, free of charge, because the zip failed. I was both delighted and amazed by this service. I had my new tomato house within 2 days, and could retain the old one for ‘spares’. Absolutely phenomenal service! At no time did I ask for a replacement or refund - I asked for a price for a replacement cover. Great to have a business whose staff use their initiative and really go the extra mile. Really happy to do business with Outsunny.
Outsunny polytunnels are poor quality
I bought an Outsunny polytunnel, 6m by 3m, and the quality is very poor. The tubes supplied are not very strong and collapsed under moderate wind. I would not recommend buying this product, its a waste of money.
Useful trolley, reasonable price.
I ordered a garden trolley from them. Every year I have a huge load of leaves to get rid of. It's a backbreaking job, which I dread doing each year, but one load using this trolley is equivalent to 4 big wheelbarrow loads, and a lot easier. I've used it once already, and it will definitely make my life easier. You can swivel one side down to empty it easily. It seems sturdy, is reasonably easy to assemble, and it arrived promptly. The price seemed entirely reasonable.
OMG - nightmare to build even professionals struggled !
Bought an Outsunny shed from the Range. 845-983V00
It looks good in the pictures but it is terrible to put together. My hubby is a carpenter and it took 8 plus hours and two people, they sustained cuts on arms and hands from the metal as it takes no prisoners. The instructions are diabolical and given the opportunity to purchase again. I would not. It was awful to build and hubby is not easily bought to “effin and jeffing” but he got so frustrated with it it was hell for both parties !!
My advice is unless you are a tradesman with a lot of patience and a side kick who can read crappy instructions, avoid the shed at all costs.
!

I regret purchasing a raised bed from this company. It was delivered to a different address in another county, even though the correct address was provided. I requested a refund and sent six emails, along with evidence showing the item was delivered to the wrong location. Despite this, they keep asking me to "check around" and complete a form that they haven’t even attached or sent. Extremely poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.

Brought a pop up gazebo 3x6 from…
Brought a pop up gazebo 3x6 from groupon.the delivery was within days.white ordered when it arrived the top light grey in colour and sides white!it took ages to get it popped up,it took four muscular people to clip in each clip .it was was very difficult and wasn’t a quick easy job.its up now, looks big but definitely isn’t an easy pop up in summer and down in winter.it was a struggle and very time consuming.
Looking at the refund policy it said we couldn’t refund coz a voucher was used!it was a discount of a couple of pounds given by groupon automatically!if we didn’t manage to fight to get it up we defo would have fought with all our time and strength like how we did to pop up the gazebo to get a refund, as customers have a legal right to a refund. No pop should take so long to pop up and be so difficult.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage, the rollers in the door failed after 3 months of use and after many attempts of emailing pictures of the rollers they told me there was nothing they could do! The person I was talking to was very rude and couldn’t wait to end the conversation if you purchase this greenhouse you are on your own. Buyer beware!
Just a little thicker and bit heavier…
Just a little thicker and bit heavier than paper. Such bad quality. Will not withstand even 50 k mph wind . Never think of buying this product.
3m Parasol - poor quality components
We bought an Outsunny 3m Banana Parasol which was kept under cover whenever not in use. Although we've had it for 4 years, it has hardly been used as we prefer to sit in the sun.
The interior of the crank handle component has now rusted through and hence it can no longer be turned to open the canopy. Hence the parasol is no longer fit for purpose. Unfortunately Outsunny does not provide a replacement part for this, so we have to replace the whole parasol.
Considering the price paid, we expected to be able to use this for much longer.
The instructions are vague and picture…
The instructions are vague and picture quality is so poor.you can't even make out which way the parts go.I bought a greenhouse earlier in the year and the door blows off in the slightest of winds.
I'm not even sure the door is fitted correctly as I can't make out the instructions.wish I had never bought it.caused nothing but upset and mystery since purchased.God knows how it's going to survive the winter blustery conditions when it ripped apart in a summer breeze.
Don't buy any outsunny camping tent.
I purchased the following canping tent from ebay Italy, see the product with id 116516411804
As you can see in each photo, this tent is demonstrated as robust with heavy fabric letting no sun inside. Well, it is exactly the opposite. The fabric is soooooo light weight and bright that it makes no difference if you are inside or outside. We half covered it with the old tent's exterior cover to block some light. Beside that, it shouldn't even called tent. It is a hood with poles. There is no floor, it is open from all around, you have to buy a separate floor which doesn't fix the problem that it is open from everywhere, mosquitos and bugs have "free access", but no problem, they have added a mosquito net as a main door, because you know, mosquitos always come in from the main door. First day in camping it rained. Even water didn't come through (except from the 2 zippers of the side doors which it shouldn't since they have an outside extra cover), water passed through underneath over the floor we added so next day we had to clean it up, all the mud and staff, the only thing that didn't get we was the bedroom which is a separate interior tent hanged from inside clips. We spent €220,00 for something that is actually useless. This "tent" should be sold as following. "An ultra sunny non floor insect full hood with a separate bedroom, suitable for Skandinavian land where night holds for six months." What a waste of money. Absolutely the worst camping product ever. I will try to find where else I can post a review with photos to upload the actual photos of the tent.
