Worst company ever!!!! Bunch of FRAUDSTERS

Worst company ever!!!!! They partnered with another company called ourtrage London a jewellers. I order a 18k gold cubian chain it was delivered before fathers day . Now it was a silver one that they delivered which is wrong, 2nd mistake it wasn't 18inch it was 16in. I told them I want a refund debenhams chat service kept passing me to different team members not a clue what to do with themselves. They said they would pass a message to them for them to contact me . Instead they sent out another chain an actually gold one still 16inch which I clearly stated I don't want it as fathers day is gone which 3days late is bizarre!!!!! They are trying to with hold my money where I have had to go through my bank bank get it back but please AVOID at all cost debenams and their partners Outrage London are nothing but a bunch of money grabbing frauds !!!!!!!

OUTRAGE LONDON IS A CON!!!!

Purchased an item via Debenhams website, item was way smaller in person than it appeared to be on the model. Website stated the returns label is inside the parcel but nothing was there. I had to contact customer service which is AI. Once a human finally responds they had to chase Outrage London which was incredibily slow. Had to contact customer service and was put through to AI responses AGAIN. Was hassle trying to get through to a human, just for them to ask me all about my issue again. I was asked if I required “printer-less” which I did as I don’t own a printer. They eventually got back to me 2 days later stating Outrage London need me to print and fill out a form in order to send it back, and that I have to pay for the postage myself (no QR for a label or anything - just an address was supplied), and was told to ask a neighbour for help with a printer. Absolutely disgusting service! I advise anyone interested in buying anything from this con of a company to not bother. After reading other poor reviews I realise that even if I manage to magic a printer out of no where, the process after that is impossible, waiting for a refund that may or may not happen, not to mention the percentage cut they take off your refund. With how long it takes going back and fourth, the return will go past the time allowed so they don’t have to accept your refund. THIS SO CALLED “BUSINESS” IS A CON DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

Very poor service

Quite poor service. Ordered something a week ago and still haven't got it when I paid for express shipping. I ordered the item on Thursday and it wasn't sent out until very late on Friday. Really wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking for a quality item or reasonable service. I was emailing the seller every day as it was a very time sensitive gift from my terminally ill mother to my father, but they dragged it out for a week and just gave a refund after all of that. I asked them to send it out again on the Monday since nothing had changed on the tracking updates but they actioned a refund a few days after. They revealed they hadn't really read my email as they didn't realise I wanted the item sent again. Just awful.

Very SHADY! AVOID

Only one item arrived, emails ignored by company, social media response cold and ignored. They are criminals! Avoid by all means and buy at your own risk

Refund process was unbelievably slow…

Refund process was unbelievably slow and they kept needing to be chased. Thank god I sent it back with recorded delivery because they tried to dispute that it was ever returned to begin with. Eventually got a refund minus an OUTRAGEOUS £5 ‘restocking fee’ which is not stated anywhere on their website (they say it’s a ‘small’ restocking fee, but it’s 12% of the value of the chain).

Mickey Mouse company, bad vibes in general.

Irritating

I experienced brilliant service and value for money from Outragelondon but since my purchase, which I love, I have been bombarded with needy emails demanding I write a review. Very annoying! I have, therefore, reduced the star rating of 5 that I would have given to 1.

Be wary of service and size

The bracelet itself is very nice. I have small wrists so ordered a 6”, the same size as my other bracelets. It was too small so sent it back as directed for an exchange - despite being sent first class recorded post, it took nearly 10 days for Outtage to confirm receipt, and chase emails were either ignored or I received standard responses. Finally received my replacement 7” - and it is still too small. On measuring it, it’s is only 6.5” so be wary of their sizing. This time I will simply ask for a refund rather than a larger size. A real shame as the item is great.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I loved the bracelet when I received it, but it was shorter than described and I couldn't wear it. I thought the design was mint, with the links and OL logos. The clasp looked good and fit for purpose. And the bracelet had a great shine - polished to perfection

Return and refund was swiftly arranged, without quibbles

Nice quality jewelry

Bought the 5 pack, each item was exactly as described and fitted perfectly. The box it comes in is useful to keep them in. Customer service is really helpful as well.

rings are perfect, but issues with delivery

love the rings, great quality !
there was some issues with the tracking website not accurately telling the status of delivery (it said the package hadn’t shipped yet even though it had already arrived- i wasn’t home at that point so contacted customer service because it had been a while since i placed the order), also i got sent a different customers order info when i contacted customer service. i wasn’t made aware that my country would charge a customs fee upon arrival of the package.
