Purchased for €128.80, the parcel never arrived after 1 month, the seller refuses to refund me, despite reminders by email, the seller is doing everything he can to cover it up.

Based on my experience and reading other reviews, if anything is wrong with the product you have to fight with the company to get it fixed.
My experience includes all together 25 emails back and fort over multiple days to get the company to minimally compensate what they should have in the first place.
So I bought a 44 liter backpack that is 160€. The website said it comes with integrated raincover. It did not. Customer service did answer me quickly which was great and tried to help me find the non-existent raincover. Finally they believed me that I dont have it and investigated more on their end. This happened on Friday so I waited over the weekend and Monday to hear from them. As I did not, I messaged again on Monday evening and received answer early Tuesday. It said that the item I got is newer model and therefore does not include the raincover anymore and they have updated their website. That's it. I ofcourse messaged back asking for compensation since they sold it to me with the raincover. They replied showing a text from their website telling me how they have the right to change basicly any text or prices on their website.
Like sure but it doesnt mean they can sell whatever and when the item is not what they sold, they will just change the description and you get what you get. So then I unfortunately had to remind them their responsibility by law to compensate this (Consumer Protection Act. / Kuluttajansuojalaki). Then quickly they offered 15€. Which I deemed to be too little as I wasnt going to get the same quality raincover with that money. But after a couple more emails back and forth, I was exhausted and just agreed to it.
Honestly it is not really about the 15€. It is about how the company tries to scam you and avoid of being held responsible multiple times. I bet many people would have given up and taken their losses. Especially if they are not aware about the law. But dont be fooled. The company very much knows what are their responsibilities and are knowingly avoiding. They clearly got scared when they realised I know my rights.
So obviously will not be purchasing anything from this website again. And will be warning anyone else too. Because when something doesnt go as planned, it is a pain in the ass to get fixed.
Rather tragicomical handling of faulty products
Smooth shopping and delivery. Not smooth at taking responsibility of sold products.
Multiple days of emails back and forth with my emails not being read properly. Maybe their customer service is AI, operates in a different language through translation, or they just don't care.
Reported a leaking membrane and badly creaking sole on a new La Sportiva hiking boot. Sent videos and pictures. I was asked to conduct some leak detection protocol in light socks, which I did and reported the results. I stated clearly that moisture spreads very clearly along the sidewall of the shoe, but it's not enough to make a sock visibly wet within minutes of pouring water on the boot.
I offered to send back the boots so they could do their own testing. Next day I got a forwarded email asking me to do the same protocol in DIFFERENT COLOURED SOCKS. I'm not kidding, although it would be funny if I were and Outnorth wasn't holding my payment hostage.
I didn't receive a sensible response, and had to leave on vacation, so I made a unilateral decision to send the shoes back with the included return slip. Some time later the purchase was refunded.
Considering the overall experience, I would not recommend Outnorth as a source for gear you need in time or need to rely on.
I recommend either other large Scandinavian outdoor chains with physical stores, or the most known German online stores. That's also where I bought a replacement.
Mostly I feel bad for La Sportiva, who no doubt would stand behind their product, even if their reseller doesn't.

Could not change my product
They are really non-flexible when it comes to changing of a product. Bought wrong sized slippers as a Christmas present on black friday and when I wanted to change to a bigger size it was not possible anymore in January by the time I got the package back. They also have very slow customer service.

The only thing holding them back is probably they don’t offer any free option for delivery. Other stores already have at least one free option (on store at least). They sometimes make up for it with better prices but not always. Regardless I do recommend Outnorth.fi for most buyers!
Missing parts from order
I ordered black diamond glidelite mix splitboard skins. Delivery time was great but from the skins there was two of the tail clips missing. E-mailed them and no response so far. I am pretty annoyed about this.
Shipping costs are high for exchange…
Shipping costs are high for exchange and return. In cloth it is expected that customer will buy many things at once and return exchange some of them twice. One time shipping fees make this shop more attractive.
