Late delivery, incomplete delivery, no original packaging, damaged goods
I have ordered 2 products (dishwasher and washing machine), one of them was out of stock, needed to go for another product. So far so good. I paid extra for extended delivery notes/arrangements. But the goods had been delivered 3 business days too late. I was very tough to get in touch with Outletstocks to check details about delivery as they redirected every ask to the logistics company and the logistics company refused special treatment due to no extra feeds paid by outletstocks (but I had to pay them). As the products had been delivered too late, we could not take over them personally. One of them had been delivered not in original packaging and was delivered damaged (with scratches on its front surface) and incomplete (power cord missing). We could not manage in time to check completeness and delivery as we had not been at the place of delivery any more. Outletstock refused any late complaints and did not delivery the missing power cord since weeks.
