Great price - terrible experience
7 days from the order and still no package arrived.
10 days to arrive
The product was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. After 1 week there was no update on my order, I started to worry but no one answer to emails or phone. Then I was notified the shoes were shipped from Germany and arrive to Portugal 10 day after the payment..
I don't recommend it, there's no costumer service.
Terrible Experience. Avoid Outlet Asics at any cost. Discount is not worth the pain.
I returned two shoes on 2nd May through UPS and contacted Customer Experience Contact Hub by filling form for the refund. I didn't receive any reply except automated confirmation message. As of today 19th May I still didn't receive any refund. Seems company/department is using customers money for their working capital. There is no customer service whatsoever. Their contact us telephone line opens from 8am UK time for 4 hours. I am on telephone line from more than 15 minutes nobody is picking up the phone. Pathetic experience.

I had an order and 15 days passed without update. Product not shipped. Sending multiple emails with questions and not response. There is none in the call centres to answer the calls.

Ordered a pair of gore-tex trainers on 5th May as they were £30 cheaper than anywhere else. Item dispatched on 6th May...but in Germany. Got a text to confirm delivery would be on 13th May but UPS had lost the package for the 4th time by then. I emailed an enquiry to them, and got a reply 3 days later. Finally arrived today (17th May). Product is great, dispatch was as expected, courier (UPS)....useless, and dispatched from Germany, which isn't mentioned on the website, otherwise I'd have ordered from a UK supplier to avoid the awful export process
AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Ordered £250 of running shoes on 5th May, nothing by 17th May. Their phone lines have been down since at least 5th May, they haven't responded to any of my emails apart from automated acknowledgments, their order tracking isn't working. AWFUL EXPERIENCE Will never shop with them again

I'm quite shocked at the bad reviews, because I've ordered a couple of times already and (runners) and my shoes were perfect, delivery was fast and all went smoothly. Happy customer here, I'll order again.

Slow and lack communication skills
I ordered a new pair of trainers back in February and they never turned up. They refunded me so I thought I'd try again. Two months later, still nothing. I emailed and received really unhelpful replies, including confirmation of the first refund (they evidently didn't read my email). I then received an email telling me there had been a failed delivery and the parcel was in a local shop but with no indication of when that had happened. Strangely they arrived the next day and the label had missed off most of my address, hence the issues. Anyway, I have the trainers now (and another pair I bought from elsewhere in the meantime) but I don't think it was worth the hassle or wait.
Wrong shoes delivered
1st part of shoe order just arrived, 1 week after ordering which I was pleased with as shipped from Germany. However, that’s where the pleasure ended. When I opened the parcel discovered I had been sent the wrong style, size (3 sizes larger than ordered ) and colour - not sure there was anything else they could have got wrong. Having now read other reviews I’m not hopeful that this error will be easily rectified without causing me a load of time and effort but I’ll be happy to update this review if that turns out not to be the case.
Two orders cancelled
Two orders cancelled, first seemingly due to payment issues, they wanted to do a security check, but service is only available until 8-1pm (usual working hours for any employed person...).
Second order cancelled probably due to out of stock.

Non existent customer service. Will take your money and give you no information on your order. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. No sign of them and the UPS tracking number they provided does not exist on UPS system. Scammers

I am at a loss of what to do next. I bought 2 pairs of identical trainers in different sizes to return one pair afterwards. But it is impossible to return the second pair. The Returns code does not recognise my order, and I have emailed the help line multiple times. There is no phone number. I would be delighted if someone can help me!

I ordered and paid for a pair of running shoes three weeks ago, Asics outlet has now cancelled my order. Asics are obviously harvesting data with generous offers and then reneging on the sale. Also they are no longer operating in the UK. I will never use this company again.
non existing delivery service
I wish I had read this forum before ordering. I ordered on March 18, the delivery was split in 2. The first part arrived to a GLS center 10km from where I live, then was returned to ASICS in Germany. The 2nd part did not even ship. I wrote 2 emails to customer service, but no reply. I tried to call them, but 'due to exceptional circumstances, our phone support service can not be reached'. Great gear, but dont buy on line !!

After LOTS of emails, they eventually admitted that they had lost the order and have issued a refund (taking 5 working days).
Well, 10 days have passed and the refund has not arrived.
Customer service is totally inept and not fit for purpose.
I am going to report them to trading standards.
