I just found (May 2025) in the dark web that Outix.Co had a data breach and my personal information including passwords were shared on 10 Dec 2020. No notification was sent by this business and I am infuriated that I was not notified at the time. Will never deal with a company that does not respect my privacy.

Never work with this company! they don't have any option to contact them!
i bought a ticket to meet & greet with Deep Purple and found that they even not respond for it - it's just platform without any responsible! sad that big band using their services

Can't remember using this service, but there was a security breach meaning this company is associated with my details being shared on the dark web. They shared my email and I assume the password I would have used to sign up? Be careful, does not seem trustworthy

Still seems to be exactly the same over a year on. They didn't tell us the event was 'postponed' (no future date stated on the Club's website) and email is returned 'the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed.' No way to contact them .. "bye bye" ticket money ..

I am yet another person owed a refund by this company, and as all the other reviewers say, they don't reply. Over 4 months for a refund on a cancelled event and nothing but stony arrogant silence.

Do not buy from outix they will take your money and not pay you back,ontop of that they dont answer emails and dont have a contact number.

I booked 3 tickets but the event was canceled. I have't got the refund yet for 8 months.

I have been trying to get a refund from tickets we purchased for a concern in April which was cancelled due to COVID. Bathurst Panthers have indicate we need to contact Outix for the refund, but they are not replying or logging the queries I have raised. Very poor response.

Avoid, this is a fraudant company, they cancelled show and kept £120, they said not their fault. No UK contact, ignore emails and hide in austrailia, they are crooks, I am trying to sue but they have no UK address unless anyone can help

Daylight robbery!

Patiently waited for a refund for months. They responded to my emails at first but since went dark. Not heard anything for months and still owe me the refund.

They gave me the story that issuing refunds would seriously damage the company as the cancellation was not their fault. I was patient due to this and I would have waited had I at least received updates on the issue, however after waiting for a response for months I have ran out of patience and will not support such service. Going to my bank to get the refund.

Been waiting 4 months for a refund on a cancelled event. Communication from Outix has stopped altogether, so I'm now having to contact my bank to recover my money. Avoid.
