I purchased a wedding gown from Outer Inner a couple months ago. I was hesitant to do so, but the reviews were glowing and the price point was great.

The dress arrived last week and, though the description says the bodice is embellished with beaded lace, there is no beading at all. Not only that, but the embellishments are sparse and don't look like the picture, the sewing is poor, the materials as cheap as possible and it's too big, even though it was supposedly made to my measurements.

I contacted Outer Inner customer service to request a refund, as the dress does not match the description, and first received a flat out refusal, then after days of explaining the situation to customer service and finally threatening to dispute the charge, an offer to refund 30%. The dress is 100% unusable, so I'll have to get my credit card co. involved.

Lastly, I posted a review of the dress a week ago, accurately describing my experience (not being nasty or needlessly rude), which was supposed to be reviewed by Outer Inner staff and posted within 24 hours. It STILL HASN'T BEEN POSTED. I believe they are neglecting to post negative reviews, so that consumers see all the positive reviews and make a purchase.

If you're considering using this company to purchase a special occasion dress, I strongly urge you to reconsider as I believe you will be very disappointed.

My bridesmaids bought 4 dresses from this company.
The girls did their measurements and sent them in. When the dresses came, they were beautiful, but didn't fit at all. The girls tried to send them back, but the company wasn't having it.
The return policy states the dresses need to be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, but nothing can be sent back without a confirmation code. The customer service department REFUSED to give us one after going back and fourth with emails.
I am not a very impressed bride. I will not be recommending this site to anyone. **

I bought another Wedding Gown! Their Customer Service really does go faster when you already transacted with them. I got my order in a month which is okay since I ordered in advance. Fabric quality could been alot better but I got the quality for the price I paid. Neckline a bit too tight but overall I'm pleased with it. To further more transactions, OuterInner!

Im at the age where everyone and i mean everyone is getting married, i think i attended about 5 or 6 six weddings this year? Crazy! Two of the brides are my close friends and both used this site and love it, with my engagment coming i thought id give it a shot too! The dresses are so gorgeous and i have a serious eye for fashion. They are for women who want to look amazing without totally breaking their bank. The communication system is good too! Not only are they affordable for me they are high quality! And we all know its hard to find something affordable that doesnt fall apart on you. LOL I would reccoment and do recommend this site to brides, bridesmaids and girls i know going to balls. (Marine corps ball,etc being a militatry fiance). If youre thinking about it GO FOR IT. this site will not let you down :) thanks guys!

Outerinner is becoming my favorite online store. I have ordered several extremely affordable dresses from this store, all for weddings I needed to attend in the past year. The quality of their products is amazing and their customer support is great. They have always exceeded my expectations and many other people should know about their professionalism and quality. Oh and the prices as well...You can find amazing deals! Recommended.

One of the things that made my wedding glorious was the wedding gown I bought from OuterInner. The gown was perfectly sown with excellent materials. I was my perfect match. I told them what I wanted and I got it. I really loved the way the company communicated with me. The price is very reasonable. I will surely shop for other products.

Infact, OuterInner took away my worries. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. The materials were nice, and the delivery was on time. It is a great experience.

I wanted my dress to be simple, elegant and beautiful, this is what I got when I ordered the 'Illusion top empire waist scollop neck neck, cocktail length wedding dress'. The dress has a beautiful lace neckline, which continues into the sleeves, I loved this effect, it made a simple dress absolutely lovely!
The price was brilliant, it really cut down the cost of the entire wedding to be able to spend a fraction of what I thought I'd have to on a dress and not compromise on quality.

My husband and I have been married for five years, and I was looking for a dress to wear when we renew our vows. I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress but I still wanted a quality product. A friend of mine found OuterInner.com and said there were some good deals on dresses. That was the understatement of the century. Hundreds of beautiful gowns that I have seen similar styles elsewhere for over $1500, were here for around $200. I was so impressed with the selection and unique modern styles they carried. I ended up getting the perfect dress for $140. When it arrived, it fit so well I didn’t have to get it altered at all. I’m so glad I found OuterInner.com and will be shopping there again for my next big occasion.

I wanted something super simple for my wedding, and also something that was pretty affordable because I am on a tight budget. I had saved a few images of the style of dress I liked, but was having trouble finding something close to it. I have never been a fan of the big wedding gowns. I got a bit overwhelmed while searching the website for different dresses, so I decided to call the customer service line and describe what I wanted. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and very patient with me. We narrowed my dress down to a knee length dress. I'm having my wedding on the beach so this was perfect. The only problem was the straps, which they were able to add custom straps instead of the ones it came with! For the price (under $85!!!) I am so happy with the dress! You can't find any dress in the store for that price and of that quality.

I had a great experience with Outerinner. The communication was nice. I bought some products from them. Products were high quality at low price. Outerinner is the best company ever I seen. I will buy products from them again.

I bought a bridemaid gown that I realled liked. They communicated fast and on time. The fabrics used are fairly decent for their prices but overall it looks gorgeous! My friends can't believe my dress was only below a 100$. Overall would recommend and would buy from again! I really hope people realize the quality they are gonna get for the price of their dresses!

Such elegant dresses! I've been looking for wedding gowns over the last few months as I'm getting married next November. I can't take my eyes off this one particular lacy gown from OuterInner - even after all my searching, I haven't been able to find a dress as exquisite as this one! I need to organise dresses for my bridesmaids as well, and of course, this site has it all covered. They're all so gorgeous... I don't know which one to choose!

This is the worst company ever. They charge you for postage from standard to express at £35. Now you may say that's not bad..Remember they advertise as a uk based company. They also have a postal system of selected delivery periods at 3 prices. I choose a 5 - 7 day delivery from time of purchase at £15.95. Every thing seemed ok. Until I was told the item needs to be custom made. Not stated clearly on the site. So, I ask would the item be with me by 11th Dec which was 14 days away.. They said yes; that would be plenty of time. To be patient. At this point I still believed I was dealing with a UK company. Anyway, two weeks passed and I was told there was a problem as my item was not ready. And that my item would not arrive until another 7 -8 days after my required date. How disappointing. I can assure you I email them and they did nothing to help or finish the product. Then I read through reviews and realised I was not alone. I received a despatched email with tracking number and another email from dhl stating that I would need to pay £16.00 for delivery. Meaning the cost i paid for postage was not included. The item is still not here. I am fuming. I paid again for postage but I am sure the product is as bad as the company.

If you require me to send copies of the emails I am quite happy to send them. As it is disgusting treatment and dishonesty; a very bad company. Any positive reviews will be made up by the staff or their family friends on behalf of the company.

You cannot beat emails..its all in black and white.

If, you use this company you will be disappointed and ripped off. You have been warned.

Last week I bought a coat from there. They were safe and reliable. They provided best quality product for their customers. They took decent price compare to others shopping mall. I am shopping in outerinner regularly. I tell to everyone to visit there site.

I was angry about the seller for the cheap fabric. I'm giving it to charity because the seller is so difficult to return items to. But at the same time, I am happy. Because my dress bought from hyshouse.com was awesome. I will buy on this website again.

The material was so crappy that I would not wear it for my wedding . I would continue to buy from vand resses.com I used to

I just recently bought a dress for my girl, and I wanted to let you know that the dress was superb! Her friends couldn’t even believe that it only cost me a couple of hundred dollars because they thought the dress was like a top designer’s brand. If you want to create a dress to kill impression, I would definitely recommend Outer Inner. They simply have the best and unique dress collection, a must-have in the fashion market today. Actually, to my excitement, I couldn’t afford to wait for more weeks but Outer Inner simply provides fast delivery. With top quality dresses, fast delivery, and products made available at relatively low prices, what can every customer ask for? Thanks Outer Inner!

I bought two dresses, neither fitted and one was faulty. My measurements were correct but they are a Chinese company not a USA company (they make there site look like they are from the US) and I think that they don't use the normal measuring standard that the US, UK and NZ countries do they make no allowance whatsoever for cup size and no allowance in the fabric to put the dress on. They virtually make them skin tight. These dresses were off the peg and it said on their website if you change your mind you can return them. However they claim 30% handling fee, even for these dresses but it does not say that on the page the dresses are on, just that you can return them.

Lots of emails with "Becky" and got no where, eventually I had to involve PayPal to get my money back as they were stalling about how long it would take to get my 70% money back. What a good job I did, because they credited my account with the whole amount including the postage.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. If you have, contact PayPal straight away if you have problems.

I ordered 3 dresses from this company and they were supposed to fit a 37" bust according to their dress sizes and measuring chart. When I got them they were 24" they didn't even fir my 13 year old daughter!!! NO JOKE! they asked me to send them pictures, so I did with a measuring tape. finally after at least 30 emails back and forth, and me threatening them to post the bad reviews, they agreed to give me a refund. I had to send the dresses back, which I did, to China at a big expense of $115.00 plus packaging. I had to follow up with them to make sure they received them as per the shipping company documents. it took them another 2 weeks to confirm receipt. They said they would credit my pay pal account... long long long story short, they DIDN"T credit my account and by this time it was too late for Visa to do anything either... they stalled me long enough to run my time out with Visa as well. Very SNEEKY Slimey People. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with them or any Off Shore company from that neck of the woods. They will rip you off at any chance they have no ethics, honour or morals its all money money, money. So No Dresses, No money and I paid to ship them back, end result I was RIPPED OFF for over $400.00
