Exceptional customer service and lightning-fast delivery from OutdoorXL!

I am extremely impressed with the service at OutdoorXL. I placed an order for a tent on Monday, and when I realized I might be leaving my delivery address by Friday, I contacted customer service. The team was incredibly helpful – they upgraded my shipping to UPS Express at no extra cost to ensure the package arrived on time.

The tent was shipped from the Netherlands on Wednesday and arrived in Poland on Thursday morning! Such professional and proactive support is rare. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. 5 stars!

Terrible. Missing parts and don’t care.

Terrible. Ordered a pair of Look SPX12 bindings. Sent without the brakes. Pretty fundamental and clearly no one bothered to check. No response to email. You have to constantly try and call and no answer. Stated they would send but never have. Bindings with no brakes! Useless

No problems buying from UK

Bought an MSR tent as only place in EU that had it arrived quickly and great communication with the company answering any questions. No hidden import costs to UK
