Replacement Hand Chain Saw
The replacement of a previously purchased Hand chainsaw was seamless. After 11 months of using our 1st saw it sadly died. I emailed Toolbox and a got a very quick response from them. After taking a couple of photos of the unit, I received an email the next day confirming that they are going to replace it. The whole experience was 1st class, and I would recommend this company any day!

This 6 inch chainsaw didn't last long at all.
Bought one of the 6 inch chainsaws last year - used recently for the first time removing small branches & twigs from a dead apple tree. Worked OK the first few days cutting twigs & small branches, but then started overheating shorty after using, smoking, sparks then stopping - dead - Would not recommend at all. #OTB53621

-5 stars. Complete and utter junk.
Even worse, the marketing is a complete lie.
Plus, it is massively overpriced compared to the price on a site like Temu.
I've never come across a device so massively underpowered.
When it hit a few blades of grass, it slows right down and can't cope.
It has less power than a mouse eating a grade of grass. I just threw mine in the bin.
Go and buy a REAL Whipper Snipper. Even the cheapest Ryobi or Ozito will do far superior job.

The Flexible Kink-Free Expandable…
The Flexible Kink-Free Expandable Garden Hose that I received spang a leak within a fews days of use. I contacted Outdoor Tools with a photo of the leak and it was replaced very quickly and without any fuss. Unfortunately the replacement hose also sprang several leaks very quickly. I decided it was time for a full refund.
The idea behind the hose is fantastic, it's so easy carry around and use, unfortunately the product quality is just not there.
Thankfully the customer service was amazing.

The 3 in 1 lawn mower is definitely a gimmick, it has hardly any grunt, the blades stop at every slightly thicker grass or weed. It is extremely cheaply made. Its performance is very far from what it is advertised as. For one example, the picture they show of the overgrown lawn and the opposite picture of it being perfectly mown is not what this toy like weak unit could possibly achieve. This is more like a toy but of course not for children. The customer service was outstanding though, they refunded me very quickly. Also the communication was fast.

I could not fault the service at all I sent an email on the 12th of November as my 2 batteries for the 6inch saw would not last about 15- 20 minutes today the 27th I received a full new saw and batteries now I can get this job completed by Christmas

Terrible refund service experience - not resolved
The lawn mower's wheel is unstable and it seems like it is easy to break, if you want to adjust the wheel height you need to unscrew and change level and screw back in. Changing blade is the same and some of the blade does not fit properly.
I am still fighting for refund as if you wanted to have full refund. At the beginning they would reply and giving you not full refund options. And if you request for full refund they would ignore the email and pretend they did not receive it. And they would keep follow up with you makes you looks like they did not hear back from you. The refund service is terrible.

I was searching for a drone as a gift…
I was searching for a drone for a gift and Outdoor Toolbox, marketed theirs very well... 🙄
I was communicated with, prior to the drone being sent, after asking them about its quality, due to it not being a gift for a child, but a grown man..
I was assured it was a well made, feature stacked, product..
My only other question, was around shipping time frame, I was told it may not get to me, prior to the birthday date I needed it for, but I was prepared to sacrifice that, given how wonderful they made the drone sound..
Several days later, the drone arrived and let's just say, I could have saved the ordering and shipping and bought something similar, from a bargain shop, or kmart... Big and bold "made in china" indent, in the back side of the controller, flimsy casing etc and this thing was over $100.. RRP nearly $200 😳
I have been waiting patiently for a response, when all of a sudden, another drone is delivered, same company, same quality, same drone.. So, not only was I spun a load of lies about the quality, i was actually sent 2. 🤣
All I want is a refund, but my advice to anyone thinking of buying their products is, buyer beware.. These are cheaply made and sourced products and the item description is definitely not accurate...
