Att i en mindre trygg grupp få bli…

Att i en mindre trygg grupp få bli välkomnad och guidad av Kattis i Beathwork är en mycket fin upplevelse. Jag har från sessionerna fått insikter om mig själv och släppt taget om sådant som inte längre gynnar mig. Det är emellanåt en känslosam resa att göra meditationerna men jag har oftast känt en behaglig lätthet både mentalt och fysiskt i kroppen efteråt som ett tecken på att det var precis vad som behövdes.
