Wonderful company and service
Well fantastic service and company from start to finish on my garden makeover, my husband and I are so delighted with our beautiful makeover by OMG , from start Ed doing a survey and explained to me clearly on what was possible to do, then on to the workmanship and hard working men of Eli and Liam who have done a fantastic job , and not forgetting the charming lovely lady Alicia office who helped me all payments, and I did notice a few scratches on decking and emailed Alicia no questions asked replaced new Deck boards with in 48 hour's, truly amazing workmanship recommend this company to anybody.

They listened exactly to what I needed, including wheelchair accessible doorways .
The team arrived on time and worked quickly, the first day in pouring rain.
The new Patio looks great, the whole area looks much bigger and lighter. I can’t wait for the sun to shine , so I can be outdoors.

A fantastic service from start to finish. We were kept informed at all stages of the work. Liam and Eli worked nonstop in terrible weather conditions and completed our new deck early to a wonderful standard. Everything was taken away at the finish, we are really pleased with the final result. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

An Outstanding Company.
What an outstanding & professional company. From the first contact with Alicia & visit from Ed it was obvious they cared about the customer & would do nothing short of a perfect job. Even with the atrocious weather most days our artificial grass replacement & our extensive resin makeover was meticulously planned & executed by the two teams working together on the only two decent days for the week. Existing grass disappeared while the resin prep was done leaving the rest of the day for the resin makeover which was then dry for the grass team to walk down the drive & install the new grass the next day. Still amazed it all got completed to perfection before todays snow, thunder, hail & more torrential rain. When you’re having expensive work done OMG certainly provides the service & care you want. Well done all.

What a fantastic service!
What a fantastic service. OMG are a very professional outfit. Alicia and Ed in the office cannot do enough to make the service as seamless as possible. Our quote was received on the same day the survey was completed! Works then started shortly after and the site teams could not be anymore polite and helpful. They could not do enough for you to make your dream a reality, they also left our property as they found it i.e tidy. Minor changes were made to our design by the site teams to give us a better finish, the final finished product with these changes is far better than we could have imagined. I would definitely recommend OMG to everyone I know and get them back to complete any other works to our property.

New decking in just one day!
OMG replaced our existing wooden decking with grey composite in just one day. The whole team worked efficiently and professionally to complete the job on time.
We now have a beautiful new decking to enhance our garden and outdoor living space

Excellent quality
From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to deal with. My initial enquiry was made on a Saturday afternoon of bank holiday weekend. I didn't expect anyone to contact me before the following Tuesday, however, a lovely lady called Alicia rang me to arrange a visit from their team. Within a few days Ed visited me and measured up the work I requested and gave me a quote which included all incidental work. When I was happy to go ahead, Alicia gave me a date and gave me the names of the people who would carry out the work. Ely and Shane carried out the work. They were polite and respected my property. Unfortunately, they were unable to finish the job as they didn't have enough materials with them, but a colleague made a special trip and completed the work before 7pm the same evening. I would happily use this company again and will recommend them to family and friends. A very professional and friendly company providing a quality service.

OMG have completed a resin makeover on our driveway which was in a very poor state. We are absolutely delighted with the result, it's so smart and a really lovely finish. The service we had from the first email was outstanding - Ed, Alicia, Gareth, the resin team all kept us up to date, answered any concerns quickly and were thoroughly professional, polite, helpful and friendly throughout the process. The result has definitely added kerb appeal to our property and has changed an uneven, messy and muddy driveway to a smart and easy to maintain one.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
From our first contact with Ed at OMG our decking makeover has been a brilliant experience. Alicia in the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable. The two young men Eli and Gabe who dismantled and re fitted our new decking were very professional and worked really hard through awful weather. We had our new patio and pavement done …
We had our new patio and pavement done by OMG almost 6 weeks ago and loving it more every day despite the miserable weather. Cannot praise the whole process enough. Alicia was always so helpful, surveyor Ed picked the most perfect match in paving slabs to compliment our house, the 2 hardworking men who did the work were thorough, paid attention to detail and were determined to carry on in the heavy rain to ensure the job was complete in good time. All in all within one month of accepting the quote, we had our perfect patio.

I first heard about OMG via their…
I first heard about OMG via their advert on the radio whilst doing the school run on a Monday morning. I called shortly afterwards and Ed came to do a site visit a couple of days later, we received a fair priced quote the same day.
The job, a new drystone retaining wall and patio, was performed with the same efficiency. The guys arrived on the agreed date at 0740 on a Monday morning and by 0745 were already on the tools. They worked incredibly hard and quickly and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Ed returned the following week to top up the pointing and the wok done has transformed our house.
All in all I could not recommend highly enough, easy to deal with, fast, friendly and work finished to a high standard.
