Please write the "attempted solutions" here because I want that everyone will see the "effort you made" in the last 12(!!) months to make a RETURNING CUSTOMER" happy with the defected + missing item 2nd purchase he made from you.

You received the defected order back last March.
If you "successfully shipped orders to Israel in the past", what exactly prevented you to ship my updated order to Israel in the last 11.5 months?

By WhatsApp from my phone (# ends with ...155).
You didn't reply.
If until last week I could have see 2 "V" marks to my messages being sent to you, now my messages have only 1 "V".
That mean that My phone # is totally blocked.

I tried again to contact through WhatsApp from my Workplace phone (# ends with ...538)
You didn't reply.
Please share how exactly do you want to have a "dialog" if you are not answering/replying?

As written few times before,
Since you can't/didn't provided my order for more than a year, I WANT A REFUND.

You know my Hotmail email address.
Its the same as my PayPal address.
Please wire back the 315$ I paid for this matter.

Hopefully you didn't feel "harassment" from this review and the 2 messages I send from my phone/Workplace phone.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Really helpful. Despite a lengthy delivery, which was not the company’s fault, the communication and contact was excellent. Would reorder if I find another product!

Great Experience, very professional

I purchased a pair of glasses from this website. Unfortunately, the first pair got lost after being shipped by the courier InPost. I contacted the site owner, who immediately proved to be extremely helpful and professional.

Even though the courier was not very willing to provide a solution, he personally opened a claim on my behalf. Considering the long waiting times, he offered me the chance to choose another model from the website and shipped it to me right away at his own expense.

For his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, he truly deserves 5 stars! Highly recommended experience.

The second pair of glasses arrived from Spain in about two weeks (perfectly reasonable delivery time for Italy). The quality is flawless: original product, great craftsmanship, and perfect customization.

Extremely disappointing experience – still no delivery after 30+ days

I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. The product was meant to be an Easter gift, which I now had to go without – very frustrating and disappointing.
