Placed an order and made payment( in effect a valid contract) - only to have the order cancelled the next day due to their error re a price even though advertised on their website and only changed the price after they canceled my order. Abrupt when I called to ask and stated they made an error and couldn’t fulfil do to a price error they made. Refused to order any solution and just kept stating it was their terms and conditions even though a contract was made. They then emailed with a different response to what was said on the phone as “unforeseen circumstances”. I’m awaiting a further response from this company as we want what we purchased at the price we paid. So far horrendous customer service and would suggest anyone looking to use this firm tread very carefully as you potentially will be dealt with by a rude and unhelpful customer service and potentially won’t even get what you ordered. Company should not be trading if they cannot deliver what they are selling online and cancel orders without notice because “THEY MADE AN ERROR” - BE CAREFUL. BUYER BEWARE!!!. I’ll be taking this further with citizens advice and potentially other ways. I want the order I placed, at the price I paid and purely out of principal, something this company clearly lacks

There was an issue with the online offer price for the parasol weight we wished to purchase. An email to Louise quickly resolved the issue.

I haven’t put it up yet but it is clearly a quality well built product. I was a little nervous about the long lead time for delivery but I had research the product and I wasn’t disappointed. It came just before the expected delivery date and I was kept informed through the process.

Had a little miss understanding with my order. Louise has been so very helpful and arranged for the right part to be sent out to me straight away. Happy customer - Thank you 😊

I shopped again outdoor depo I ordered wrong colour on my shelves I emailed Louise Hill she cancelled my order so I could re order correct items she was friendly very patient excellent customer service this not first time I ordered 3 sheds instead of one i then panicked as took payments out of my account Louise emailed me to say all ok she sort it out she cancelled 2 sheds and refunded my money the same day this was her time off work but took the time to call me to put my mind at ease I have never had service like it thank you Louise x I would definitely recommend to friends and family my purchase good quality came as stated very happy overall excellent fantastic service

I was very disappointed in the quality of the wood! There was also some damage on some of the pieces
On completion of the playhouse we have now got to sand down the rough wood ☹️So that my children do not get sprinters
For a playhouse to cost over £400 this is very disappointed

A Glatz parasol fixing kit was purchased from Outdoor Depo. It was £43 cheaper than other retailers and the only one that held stock. I telephoned before ordering and Louise sent me copies of the product specs sheets to allow me to double check I was ordering the correct model. The communication was excellent and the product arrived in perfect condition within the promised timescale. I would recommend Outdoor Depo.

The cynic in me was a little dubious when I first placed my order, there was a delay in the money coming out so I got a little spooked into thinking this was not a genuine website. After trying to cancel my order Louise explained why there was a delay, and reassured me. I was kept up to date with what was happening with my order, as I understand the covid situation and what happened in the Suez Canal I was more than happy to wait. (Louise was good in telling me that’s why my order was delayed) my garden furniture arrived today. I was given a text to say it would be arriving today. It was easy to put up, it is sturdy and of good quality. I would definitely recommend buying from outdoor depo. I will be more than happy to purchase from them again. Thank you Louise for your updates too.

Don’t touch this company. We paid nearly £2000 for a log cabin which we were told would take around 6 weeks. We then got a call two weeks after we paid to be told it was going to be about 6 months. Needless to say we cancelled - haven’t got our money back yet. Avoid like the plague
