Outbyte is not on my computer but they keep charging me.

I deleted Outbyte and changed my preferences to shut off auto subscription. Outbyte continues to charge my account. They are untrustworthy scam artists.

i was having major trouble when the…monitor/windows 11

i was having major trouble when the computer forced windows 11 on me. my daughter said i needed drivers updated. and of course i did (26). i then called and the representative got permission to go into my computer to find out the issues with monitors. he went over and above the issue and we found the culprit. this representative needs a major raise. i know cause i have been there when no help came. ty

My sound was not working and the technician Adam did such an amazing job restoring the sound on my computer. It was pretty cool how he could take over and i could watch.

I had issue with my keyboard not responding

I had issue with my keyboard not connecting. I thought it might have to do with some of the driver updates so I paid to join Outbyte to assist with my issue. Daniel came to the rescue and provide above-and-beyond service, spending over an hour solving my problem. He was patient, and thoughtful and went to great lengths to not only fix my issue, but provide other helpful guidance as well. For the low price, I'm looking forward to passing along this company that provide exceptional service in a simple, digital format. And no AI to boot :P

Outbyte"s Driver Updater Is An Awesome Deal For The Price!

Outbyte"s Driver Updater is an exceptional program, and the price is low enough to make this a tremendous opportunity, especially since it comprehensively covers the whole computer. It notifies you when an action may be needed, but it doesn't advertise that way, as some others do. I'm using it on my laptop, and it has improved my performance 20%. Do yourself a favor and get it.

BEST EVER

It was so easy to get a live person and he really knew what he was doing! I was very frustrated trying to get my wireless keyboard to work and in a blink of an eye, it was done. VERY satisfied.

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless. Do not buy this product. Operating from abroad, support keeps saying you need to activate your account although very happy to take £163 from my bank account. Very poor. DO NOT BUY OR SUBSCRIBE.

This is a great all around app

This is a great all around app that doesn't require a computer engineers' degree to run. Nice and simple and gives you the choices as to what happens when and how. I love the options given. Only issue is that on my Alien 17 it keeps deleting my bluetooth capabilities and I have to go back in the back door and re-install or roll back the driver for it. Other than that, the app works beautiful.
