I was searching online for Driver Updater software and came across "Outbyte - Free Driver Updates for Windows 11", this appeared to be just what I needed, however once installed you are prompted to register to activate the software which takes you to a screen where you must buy the "FREE" software.
What part of FREE do these people not understand?

I purchased the driver updated for my old printer. They charged me PC updater too. I called them and explained to them . They cancelled that and the re imbursement they say will be processed in 5 days. I tried to install the updater, and I could not get the printer to work. Mr. Matt who assisted me had me accept a remote connection so that he can work on connecting the printer. He took 10 minutes and programmed it and made the printer work. I am impressed. This is an Australian company and they seems to be legitimate,

This would be my 5th or 6th driver updater and it is far superior to all the others. Maybe the technology is more mature; in the past some of the earlier products could make a mess of things. The payoff is that not only are my drivers updated (a lot of them) but (drumroll) the several machines I used it on actually run faster and cleaner. I have been computing since 1969 and I expect that I am not all that easy to impress.

Watching someone play around on my computer remotely was...eerie.
PostScript - had more freezes, computer now will only open into automatic repair mode. Also when Simon was helping me he put another better version of the repair program on my pc. Used it yesterday to check for problems, found some, yet couldn't fix because the program wasn't activated. Not happy.
PostScript 2: my unhappiness is mainly discovering I must pay, a second time, for the repair program. It identified a cause of the freeze that Sunday, a app called real experience, yet wouldn't do anything due it not being activated, something I assumed otherwise.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable on how to fix the issue of not being able use ANY of my 4 keyboards on my PC! Before he corrected the problem (EXTREMELY FRUSTRAING) I was MISERABLE> It is so nice to be able use my keyboards again, instead of "cutting & pasting). I initially trusted this application because it came recommended by Windows, and it did not disappoint. My 10-year-old PC suffered from overheating, with the fan spinning at high speeds and was becoming sluggish and unresponsive. Thankfully, the Live Support team was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues to a satisfactory extent. Their technician dedicated a full four hours to tidying up my system and performing in-depth maintenance. Additionally, the Driver Updater identified and updated thirty-two outdated drivers and necessary tweaks. As a result, my PC now runs significantly smoother than before. Thank you!
