Despite the company’s standard policy of non-refundable subscription fees, Eugene from the escalation team made an exception and ensured my refund was processed to my card ending in ****0052. I appreciated the prompt communication and the clear steps provided to complete the process.
Additionally, Eugene canceled my membership to prevent further charges, which gave me peace of mind. The request to leave a Trustpilot review was politely explained and framed as part of their process, and I understood that my feedback could help both the company and other customers.
