While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless! A waste of my time and money. They aren't actual doctors just a rip off shop making a fast buck. A 4 minute phone call with someone I had trouble understanding nowhere near where I live for a referral. I had to google someone for him to write the referral which was rejected. A real doctor might have asked more questions and made an appropriate referral. You have had a week to review and refund me and nothing. I am very angry and unhappy with the service.

Not fit for purpose — avoid if you need timely medical care

I used Our Sage to obtain a replacement EpiPen script before travelling overseas. What followed was an incredibly stressful ordeal: over seven hours across two days, multiple incorrect prescriptions, and poor clinical care from two different GPs.

The first doctor’s call never connected, yet I was charged despite clear phone records showing no attempt. One GP took a condescending tone, telling me I should have planned better—despite knowing I was dealing with a life-threatening allergy and an imminent international departure.

I was even called while in Tokyo at my own expense, despite informing staff several times I was leaving the country. I’ve had no refund, no accountability, and am now lodging formal complaints with Fair Trading and the ACCC.

The admin team tried to help, but the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not trust this service for urgent or essential care.
