I am absolutely in love with my new diamond ring! The communication during the entire building process was truly top notch. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and I always felt in each step of the design.

My radiant cut ring is beyond beautiful it completely exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is stunning, the setting is flawless, and the diamond sparkles even more than I imagined.

Earring posts were too thick and Ouros claimed they could replace them, had me ship them to their office in NY, only to tell me that they could in fact NOT replace the posts, and shipped them back to me to get them fixed by another jeweler at my cost. Pretty diamonds, sub par customer service.

I ordered 3 different pieces from here. Two made from silver, and one gold. The pieces came out wonderful - craftsmanship is excellent and everything looks great. If you're looking for silver pieces like I was because the price of gold is becoming insane, this is a great place to get them from.

First-time international order and Ouros made it a fantastic experience! I placed my order on January 15, and the ring arrived today, February 4 (I live in Canada). Aman was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, even after payment, he kept me updated every step of the way despite the time difference.
The East West bezel set wedding band I got is absolutely gorgeous btw! Stunning craftsmanship, beautiful sparkle, and exactly what I envisioned. The quality exceeded my expectations, and will be one of my favorite piece for sure from my stack.
