Vijay made the process so easy! From the time inquired about the custom piece I was wanting to having it in my hands was just under 2 months. It is exactly what I was picturing. The ring matches the CAD made for me perfectly. I had 3 different versions mocked up in deciding what I wanted to move forward with. They were super fast about every step and super communicative with where they were on in the process. Including pictures of each step. I would highly recommend Ouros Jewels for all your diamond needs. Shipping was quick and very easy to track.

I am unable to reply to my original review (September 2025) but I wanted to provided an update. After working with Ours Jewels, we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution regarding the broken clasp on my bracelet. I believe I received my new and improved bracelet about 4-5 months after I initially expressed my dissatisfaction with the clasp.

Ouros Jewels allowed me to upgrade my bracelet for a reasonable fee. I figured I would turn the bad situation into a new and bigger bracelet, so it gave me a fresh start with something even better. I received a new CAD design and the diamonds they chose for me are absolutely outstanding. The round and emerald cut diamonds in the tennis bracelet are stunning. The clasp design is much improved and has worked well for quite a long time, which is nice. My faith and trust has been restored with Ours Jewels. I am very happy with the outcome.

I got custom earrings made and I am so blown away by how beautiful they are!! I had no experience with lab diamonds or online sellers, and I felt so comfortable throughout the process. They literally communicated everything to me, from the moulds being made to choosing the stones. I’m 1000% ordering again.

Custom silver bracelet
In my experience, the process of making a custom bracelet was smooth, fast and the end result matched what I wanted. I had worked with ouros in the past, which helped. Giving visual examples to them on what I wanted was helpful to them and something I recommend doing, as well as doing your own research beforehand on what you want and need your piece to be.

I would buy their products again. Very happy with the entire process and the quality of the products.

Ouros did a fantastic job with a custom lab diamond ring I requested! They were very responsive and detail-oriented, patient with my many questions and adjustments through the process, and produced an excellent quality ring exactly like I was looking for. It felt like a little bit of a leap of faith reaching out to them initially but I'm glad I did, and their pricing was also 3-4x less than I got quoted at other lab diamond jewelers.
