Change title to get a refund
After trying to cancel my membership they have now emailed me saying that I have to update my review to get a refund which is wrong they tried to advertise a product that doesn't exist! Then charge u 9.99 for a membership that you don't want them charge u again after 3 days! If my refund not in my account today I will be taking this matter further

Conned into promotion saying I'd won a speaker. Would not refund.
Got a call from them asking me to take down my review. Why would I do that when they continue to con people into joining with the promise of winning a gift. In my case it was a speaker. Offered me £2.09 refund instead of the prize I'd supposedly won.. liars and cheats. Was eventually offered a refund on membership by email claiming that their site is confusing.
