Item never received. €1 sunglasses sent instead. Scam.

I ordered two tops on this website as it seemed to be a retailer selling discontinued items from the French brand "Pimkie". I never received the clothing items I ordered, however I did receive a pair of obviously fake plastic "GUCCI" sunglasses that I definitely did not order. I believe this was a scam where a cheap $1 item was sent in order to provide a tracking number only. I did not receive the item I ordered. I attempted to contact the company but they just told me that my package was on my way. Further attempts to engage with the contact us form on the website just comes back with error messages. Also - the website appears to be in EUR, but the transaction goes through in CNY. Most of the links don't work.
