Pity you have to stay home all day for deliverance because their system is not so advanced they can size it down to two hours you can choose yourself like many other companies do.

Trustworthy company, they actually do what is promised!
We bought a repica Eames Lounge chair. We found out that there are numerous companies selling replica design furniture. We checked reviews beforehand and we read some worrying stories. Not with furnaround however, so we bought our chair there. And it proved to be the right choice. Beautiful chair, delivered on the exact proposed day, we were even allowed to pay after delivery. Excellent service, excellent experience. We can certainly recommend furnaround.com.

Little communication very slow delivery
I orderen April 20th, with their site stating delivery 4-6 weeks.
Now June 20th (8 weeks +) no delivery, expected in 9 days.
PS On their site the advertise with delivery of 2-4 weeks.

Bad quality, bad service, BAD EVERYTHING !!!
After i received a damaged chair, Furnaround offered to send me a new one.
Initially i was summoned to pay the chair. Of course i will not pay for a damaged chair.
The second chair i was being sent after 5 weeks was damaged as well. The rear seat cushion was broken out of the frame.
5 days after i received THE SECOND BROKEN chair i was informed that i had not paid the bill and extra costs were charged.
Furnaround: your service is absolute RUBBISH and not respectful to your customers. I will order my Eames DSW chairs at a company that will not make such a mess and irritate and disrespect their customers.
